Nanshork, i'll start asap, i give myself 1 week for finding players, then 2 weeks for character creationa nd decision, then we should start.

My balance suggestion:

Cut the bonus feats right out. That way it's 2 feats (wizard 10 and 15) for two notable class features (free metamagic, reduced cost on metamagic). Still strong, but it costs a feat and is competing with other PrCs anyways.

Oh, bummer... Still... I like the idea of stealing an uber-long personal-only buff that is convenient and easy to cast (Alter Self? Shield? Seems like lots of nice choices are available).

Alignment is irrelevant, but the country's alignment is lawful neutral, as long as your not a serial sociopathique killer, you'll be ok.

No flaws, i will leave this serious advantage to the harrendaen'kar should you ever face off.

lose 2 skill points / level, lots of class skills, sneak attack past 1st level, trapfinding

gain spellcasting as a bard but "can choose spellthief spells as spells known as normal" too (which means every sorc/wiz spell except for evocation, necromancy, and conjuration).

I think this ACF helps a lot, but then it can't really fulfill a skill monkey role anymore.

EDIT: I could, with this option, get into Shadowcraft Mage eventually, but I'm a little loathe to play yet another gnome, and eat up all my feats in the slow pace of pbp...

I had the same idea but going wilder to cognition thief, or straight egoist into anarchic initiate or crystal master.

Psionics are ok, there's actually a field of study for them, althought the elves are actually better at it then the humans.
