This little fella is a recurring character in most of my games. He is either a undead kobold or a jawa, depending on whether the game is 3.5 or SAGA. Here's a hint for interaction, he is based off of a certain character in RE4

And oh, Takanaki, nothing against your AC personally, it's got more to do with that fact that Thas is descended from a powerful Vampire Lord. Hence, the dislike of bats.
