Ok, you're writing this as a subjective handbook, I'll give subjective criticism:
Level 2 maneuvers: BLC is awesome at that level, IMHO. A +10 to damage can mean one-hit killing not just mooks. Also, later on, when you are hopefully pouncing, BLC is still awesome, because it's just another pounce, with a damage boost, and you don't need to tumble. Sure, it's not as good as an extra attack, but I usually take it on all low-level warblades (or via Crusader dip).
Emerald Razor is similarly an I-Win card at that level, and I find it's a keeper because even later sometimes you just need the ability to make a touch attack now and then.
However, some of these can be gotten with a Crusader dip at level 5 which catches a few usefuls (Mountain Hammer, BLC, etc.)
Level 4 maneuvers:
Bounding assault is the BEST maneuver for a pouncer (short of being a multipouncer), because you can just move around the battlefield as you like, and finish it off with a charge. No more difficult terrain, obstacles, etc.
