The tier system in a nutshell:
[spoiler]Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.

I think it would depend on the groups, honestly. I want to see both the silliness of anime (for instance, a tsukomi-boke routine) and serious business, in either a Chrono Trigger way or an FMA way (if you aren't familiar with RPGs).

Okay, my exams are behind me now but I suck at writing and I'm not sure how to start you guys off. :lol I do have some plot ideas, but they aren't strung together very well.

Wood, I'm going to need some help. I can give you summaries of any series you're unfamiliar with. Maybe an IM session, if you have a client. And if anyone wants to suggest what their characters might be doing at the start of the campaign...
