How about core+expansions, dragonmagazine and 3rd party apon aproval?
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

I'm good with whatever you're comfortable with, emissary, although if you want to keep it relatively inline I suggest the following:
Core, Completes, PHB 2, the Compendiums (Spell, Rules, Magic Item), MM1-5, FF, and DMG 1&2.  Just reserve the right the veto things.

Say no to dragon and 3rd party things just to keep life simple.
The cake is a lie.

+1
I do see the glaring omission of the Tob, and thats fine if the other things mentioned are available.
Also... i re-read that and I'm really sorry if I came off like a dick. I was up too late and its the last week of finals for school... and I might have been in vent mode. Not that what I said was way off, but the way I said it... I feel like a douche' please forgive me. M_v.
On second thought... we could probbably live without the spell compendium. Though what your comfortable with is a big deal too.

I like AC's suggestion, I do not, however, have rule or magic item compendium, or tome of battle. Anything from the Completes and the Spell Compendium will need citation.

Can I be a cleric of a cause?

Well, since it looks like there's little love for Gods, I guess I'll slide over to Childrens War. Probably go with Psy Warrior, picking powers so as to be 'undead descended'. It's a concept I thought up for an undead loving friend of mine, but turned out cool enough that I want to try it. If you want, I would be willing to cite Magic Item Compendium fo you if you want, emissary.

I'm beginning to get worried about the variety of the classes. So far we have three psychics and a cleric.

I would like to try playing a psychic character, but if we have too many of those, i also wanna try a wildshape focused druid (MoMF and Warshaper?). Admittedly, a total Psychic Party would be cool.

Witty sayings? Nah, not right now. Currently playing Dwarf Fortress and League of Legends. I really recommend League of Legends.

I believe i am right in saying that Truenamer, being from the ToM, is not allowed.

This is what happens, the less books you allow the more people realize their character concepts really can only be expressed by on or two classes. (I mean those are just the easy answers) You'd have 4 and 1 if not for Generic pc changing to MoMf.
Hm....
Duskblade. What level are we starting at?

I just posted here, i'm not even sure if there's space or what level this game starts at etc : p I wouldn't mind knowing those things either.

Game starts at level 5, And as soon as Emissary666 shows up, we will know how much space there is.

Human Druid 5/MoMF10/Warshaper 4/ X1...
Human Druid 5/MoMF10/Natures Warrior 5

I'm just putting down ideas. Is the Wildshape Ranger (Unearthed Arcana, pg. 58) allowed?
