Q45: Can you use cleave and/or greater cleave with a ranged weapon?
Cleave: If you deal a creature enough damage to make it drop (typically by dropping it to below 0 hit points or killing it), you get an immediate, extra melee attack against another creature within reach. You cannot take a 5-foot step before making this extra attack. The extra attack is with the same weapon and at the same bonus as the attack that dropped the previous creature. You can use this ability once per round.
Q53 - What if it was a Bloodstorm Blade?

Thunderous Throw: As a swift action, you can choose to treat your ranged attack rolls with thrown weapons as melee attacks for the rest of your turn.
Lightning Ricochet: Any time you make a ranged attack with a thrown weapon on your turn, the weapon immediately returns to you, and you can catch it as a free action.

Thunderous throw allows you to use your ranged thrown attack for cleaving. However, you need also Lightning Ricochet because Cleave requires you to use the same weapon. Moreover, the extra attack is still restricted to another creature within reach. So you can throw your weapon but only on foes within melee reach!

And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Q55:Aside from Feat Rogue and Fighter, are there any other Tier 4-5-6 classes that grant a Fighter Bonus Feat at level 1?

Q56:Is there any way of taking more Monk levels after you've already multiclassed out of Monk before (for example: Monk 1/ Fighter 4/Monk +1) ?

There are some Eberron feats that allow you to do this for specific classes. I'm not sure if the Ascetic series of feats lets you do it. In any case, I don't know if there's one for Fighter, specifically.
There's also some PrCs that allow Monks to MC with them, but I'm guessing that's not what you're looking for.

A56 Continued: The Monastic Training feat from ECS lets you pick one class, and you can multiclass freely between that class and Monk.

Thanks guys, although I'm mainly looking for ways that don't cost feats. Would an Atonement spell work or is there something similar for Monks?

Any other ways that don't depend on feats?

NOTE: An answer to question Q55 would make question Q56 moot since that would also solve my current conundrum.

Thanks for your effort :)

Q57: If a Decisive Strike Monk/Swordsage had a Belt of Battle, could he use the full-round action Decisive Strike, and then use the Belt of Battle to get another full-round action, and use that to activate Time Stands Still, for two double-damage full attacks?

Edit: Thanks.

Given that Decisive Strike actually includes the strike itself, no. You could, however, make use of this to deliver three Decisive Strikes.

I'm AFB ATM, but I thought decisive strike lasted until your next turn, allowing it to be used with AoOs?

If that is correct, then the answer to Q67 is yes.

Q 58 Are there any easy wasy of getting poison other than minor creation?  I'm level 3, and want to use poison without blowing 20% of my WBL on 1 dose.  Is there a poisonous creature i can maybe capture (or even better, buy) that i can keep in a cage and milk for poison?  It's a sandstorm game, so maybe a scorpion... does D&D even have stats for scorpion stings?

I've been there, hired a gang of street urchins to get me the most violent bugs they could find (going to the plane of metal, giant vermin was my signature spell)
I don't know what your DM would do if you asked, but if you go my route, 10g should get you 10-15 assorted bugs

Q67: If a Decisive Strike Monk/Swordsage had

This should be Q57.

Q68: Where is the thread/resource that had the average AC for creatures of a given CR?

This should be Q59.

Q56:Is there any way of taking more Monk levels after you've already multiclassed out of Monk before (for example: Monk 1/ Fighter 4/Monk +1) ?

A56:

This only applies to your specific example, but Martial Monk (Dragon Magazine variant, issue 310) can freely cross-class between Fighter and Monk. It also swaps their bonus feat list to the Fighter bonus feat list, but doesn't appear to change the usual monk ability to ignore prereqs on their bonus feats, so... XD

I wonder if you can use that to get, say, a level 9 maneuver from Martial Study that way.

Fixed.

And yes, you can...
