For those who can't decide, it's my Birthday tomorrow, so I want my present to be the Scout winning. ;)

Warblade here too...

Fav classes:
1. Factotum
2. Warblade
3. Bard

I still voted bard a lot and not warblade, but that is cuz there was always so many that saved the warblade...

Still, I wished the Factotum would make it to top 10...

kinda sad that he got to 11th :(

Warblade all the way :)

I just love the fact that a melee class is in the top 2 of best classes :D

How about we build a topic dedicated to a 20th-Lv Character of the Winning Class?

We could study all the builds possible, nice feat options, equipment, etc.

For me, it was always the psionicists, Psion, Wilder, Psychic Warrior.

But, above all, I think the Warblade's victory was an easy one. Effective, simple to run, cool, it's the class with no enemies. And while I did not vote for them, Scout and Rogue are great. The Tier 1 spellcasters however, suffer somewhat, they're effective, but so few actually fall in love with the class instead of what it does.

And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"

Don't forget, we were voting for 'favorite' class, not 'best' class.

I like the idea of creating a topic for the winning class, and examining different experimental builds. For instance, everyone can try and multiclass one of the classes they voted for that *didn't* win and we can try to find fun/cool builds ... maybe some esoteric ones.

Maybe take on a bit of the fanfic mantra: "slash everything!"

+1 on all counts.  Scout lasted to the end because it is the best skillmonkey, while simultaneously fulfilling the grognards' yen for the goodness that was the old 1E/2E Ranger.  Warblade lasted to the end because it is largely an elegant, cohesive 'fix' for the 3.X Fighter, excepting only the misplaced Stance progressions and (for a vocal minority) the wuxia feel of ToB.

I think one of my favorite things about the Scout is his proficiency with handaxes and throwing axes, of all things. I always imagine a Scout running through the wilds AXING PEOPLE TO DEATH. It's a wonderful, wonderful place in my mind. (And of course he's running, 'cause, "duh, skirmish.")

edit: You can clearly see in the picture that by throwing the axe, the man is defying gravity.

This should be a class feature of the Scout.
