The logic board is fried.
And with the warranty expired about a year ago and the type of computer, getting a new one and having it replaced (cause fuck trying to do it myself in that tight space; I love Macs, but iMacs are a bitch to do anything hardware wise for other than CD drives, Hard drives, and RAM) will cost about as much as starting a payment plan on a new one (cause I'd honestly rather pay some nice money now for something I won't have to touch in the slightest for at least 4 years, then go upgrading from there), which I was looking to do within the next few months anyway.
On the bright side though, the HD and RAM are both 100% saveable, so the brand new computer I get will get some free (but marginal) upgrades and I won't lose any data.
The downside is that I was very lazy with websites and bookmarks and such, I don't even know what half my passwords are, at least 80% of my DnD materials are on that computer in one way or another (including ability references, character sheet links, plans, posts, write ups, ugh). So if I can't get something set down in the next week or so, I'm gonna have to hook that HD up to this computer, hope I can at least get to the files still (Windoze doesn't play very nice), and go from there.
The fact that I haven't had much time for in depth stuff recently doesn't make any of this any easier... Not to mention I'm losing so much raiding and farming time in WoW. @.@
