I pull out his brain and eat it, gaining his knowledge and superhuman abilities(if any).

Alright, here's some ideas:

1. we get the hell out of here.
2. to help with 1, we have JJ's insect guy burn the sails and as much flameable objects as possible(including pirate clothing)
3. we get the hell out of here.
4. to help with 1, we get Nine Inch Nail's charmer druid to try to start a mutiny on board ship.
5. we get the hell out of here.
6. we drag the prisoner we have with us and one of you guys uses him for cover(+4 AC) ala human shield.
7. see 1.

Hey, sorry I've been a bit lax. I'm, for the time being, computerless. I manage to borrow a family member's computer, but am without notes and time to properly DM, probably for the next few days. I hope to be back up to speed by, say, the middle of this coming week. Thanks for being patient. :D

Well the bad news is my video card is fucked up. The worse news is that it's embedded into the motherboard so the computer is more or less shot. However, apparently it turns on ~20% of the time. I'm going to pick it up tonight. If I can get it turned on tomorrow, I'll be back in DMing mode... My apologies for the slow DMing.

And we're good to go again. With just the three of you and myself, I hope to be able to keep this moving at a steady pace. I still have no computer and am relying on borrowing one, but I should be able to post 1/day during the weekdays. :D

I'm good to go. I think. I totally forgot what I was playing though except some kind of psi-monk.

Hear, hear. Let's do this shit, I was already sure this was beyond resurrection, but if others are game, I am too. Time to litter the ground with corpses!

Aftercrescent,

How did all those pirates move into the room with Dimen standing in the doorway?  Did they all succeed at tumble checks to move through his space?  If not, they otherwise cannot move into the spaces on either side of him through the doorway.

Quote from: SRD
Diagonals: When measuring distance, the first diagonal counts as 1 square, the second counts as 2 squares, the third counts as 1, the fourth as 2, and so on.

You can move diagonally past a creature, even an opponent. You can also move diagonally past other impassable obstacles, such as pits.

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.

Hrm.. Really? Maybe it's just semantics on my part, but since a corner is two walls meeting and the picture in the PHB shows an actual corner, I didn't think that applied here.  I could be wrong. SDK, Tshern, what do you two think?
