As title...

Personally, I would have made a new Super Smash Bros game with more advanced techs, or Gitar Hero Dragonforce with only crazily hard songs (and a new difficulty, insane :P ) for the pro gamers like Danny so they could get a real challenge, + Dragonforce is awesome, and it is also fun to just try to do as much as possible on impossible songs...

What would you make?

I'd love to work on Knights of the Old Republic 3 (not the MMO), or something similar using the SAGA edition rules (and maybe set in a different time frame).

An MMO with an item creation system somewhere between The Elder Scrolls and Second Life, where you can make anything from an attack drone to a +1 sword which tells guild members the time, and where player talent matters as much as character level. Also, everyone's magic is a randomised colour, and the blends of pigments give slightly different ratios of speed/power/cost.
My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Tier 1: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything and the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Let's see:

Another Metroid game (3D) that doesn't involve you losing the suit and having to recollect everything (like every single other one does)

Pick up where my Skies of Arcadia PbP fell flat and make a sequel.

Another Pokemon expansion. This time for the Wii.

That's just diabolical. I'd never leave my room.

I've got more. All Guilds are assigned a type, granting different bonuses, and must also choose a city as their headquarters. They can be split, merged and sub-divided.

Valid types include:
 • Class-based (provides randomly-selected abilties to members from a list not normally available - more abilities the more the guild spends on research)
 • Mercantile (Discounts! Members occasionally receive delivery quests)
 • Guardian of city
 • Guardian of NPC
 • Guardian of another guild

Each city possesses a semi-democratic parliament composed of the representatives of the more powerful resident guilds. Different guilds can be assigned different responsibilities (such as police force). The government controls the content of certain posters, and decide the balance between, say, high prices in shops and benefits to citizens. They also decide the positioning of guard throughout the territories.

Taverns have large, instanced function rooms for various purposes.

A true Phantasy Star sequel. Not Online, not Universe, none of this weird Cast nonsense or Beasts or whatever the hell they've got these days. A sequel to Phantasy Star IV, in the Algo system, with a system based directly off the one from IV. If they want a possible plotline, I've got several they can use. No constantly glowing weapons. No androids with TP. Techs, skills, Parmanians, Dezolisians, Motavians, possibly Musk Cats, and an honest to god true epic storyline that's NOT online at -all-.

Or possibly a Parasite Eve sequel, done in the style of the first game, rather than the second.

"Just what do you think the moon up in the sky is? Everyone sees that big, round shiny thing and thinks there must be something round up there, right? That's just silly. The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"

Sim Ant. I used to play this on Macs back in the early 90s... It was freakin' awesome. :D

This is almost Shadowbane, except NPCs are taken almost entirely out of the equation.

I wanted to do something similar, but a lil different.  More like up to 12 warring hives you could choose from based on various ant/termite species.  May try it as a card game someday...

I suppose I should say... I want to take some old and relatively failed franchises and do their remakes/sequels.  Some examples include:

Dungeon Keeper (RTS/RPG hybrid, probably lost favor because of lack of diversity)
The aforementioned Shadowbane (PvP-oriented MMORPG, currently available for free, runs on a pretty lousy game engine but is pretty fucking awesome otherwise)
World of Mana (Series of RPGs currently owned by S-E, the latest installments of which have been downright terrible)

Gitar Hero is just SO much better...

It is actually hard on expert, while Rock Band just seem like "win because there is not hard enough to actually lose"...

It is things like this that actually is hard:

I like Rock Band better.  I don't care about difficulty, my penis is quite big enough without trying to make it look bigger by bragging about video games.

Also, Dragonforce is shit.  Going up and down the scales really fast for long periods of time is not the same as music, I could play like that on a wind instrument when I was 12.
