Another quality dip is Warblade 2. Go Factotum 8/Warblade 2/Chameleon 10 to get Iron Heart Surge and White Raven Tactics online. I actually built a character like this for a campaign once, it was a blast. With the right spell choices you always have options in combat, and you can handle a surprising amount of skills with the right buffs.
On the buff side, draconic polymorph into a 10-headed shrieking horror + venomfire is a lot of fun with extra actions (shrieking horrors attack like hydras, which means full attacks as a standard action). Obviously divine power is useful, as is wraithstrike.
