Very funny. But why is a droid so paranoid about being alone not worried about being watched?

"I'm not paranoid about being alone, it just makes life easier.  And I can defend myself if necessary, and I am a 3PO droid no matter how modified.  If it will make things easier, I will explain myself.  I am a modified protocol droid, a 3PO droid base was used in my creation and I am an espionage droid.  My designation is JX-3PO, but many like to call me 'Jax' as a way of 'humanizing' me."

Interesting. You aren't recording this conversation, are you?

The Weequay, surprised by her hostile reaction, goes back to the table. Teela has barely turned back to her drink when a voice speaks inside her head. Come here. She can tell it's coming from the Kel Dor seated with the droid.
Telepathic connection established, even assuming Teela is an unwilling target.

And emissary, wouldn't you have to make a UTF check to determine whether Bowen is Force sensitive? You'll succeed on the DC by taking 10, but I'm not sure whether Bowen wants to make an opposed check to hide his presence.
Teela turns and frowns at the Kel Dor before smoothly walking through the crowd to stop directly in front of him.  "What do you want, Jedi?"  Her hand has not left her blaster, which is still, for the moment, in its holster.
In case it matters, UTF check to hide my presence: 1d20+7=20

And the Perception check you asked for, Boz: 1d20+5=13
"Mmh, this could be a nice opportunity. If you'll excuse me, Chido." Jayce finishes his drink in one gulp and follows the Twi'lek to the droid and the Kel Dor.
Well, those two UTF checks are exactly the same. Torin isn't aware whether Jayce is Force Sensitive (unless I'm misreading something).
I was going to inform you that you were being watched but it appears he followed you. Torin says, also, I AM NOT A JEDI.

Teela's gaze doesn't change, nor does her hand leave her blaster.  "He?"

Jayce waits at a couple of paces distance, curious to see how this conversation turns out.

Just turn around and you'll see. He has been watching us and that Khil over in the corner, which reminds me, Torin turns toward Rassk, Would you kindly come over here? Torin turns back to Teela, I'm not sure what he wants, but I don't like people paying too much attention to me.

Teela looks briefly over her shoulder at the Khil and the scruffy looking human.  "Oh, them..."  She smirks.  "I spotted them the instant I came into the cantina.  Now unless you've got credits and are in need of a good blaster, I'll be going back to my drink."
She levels her gaze back at the Kel Dor, awaiting an answer.

Teela smirks as the thought of credits overrides her better judgement.  "Depends on the job.  If all you need is some backup, I'm sure we can negotiate something reasonable.  Say...  500 up front, another 5 when the job's done.  Plus expenses..."

As he approaches the motley crew in front of him Jayce puts a hand on the Twi'lek's shoulder and says "Pardon my intrusion, but would you be looking for some credits? If so, perhaps we can talk some more over a drink?"

Finally, it speaks. If you are looking for back up, I am up for hire. Torin stands, Torin Sol, Force sensitive for hire.
