About Jumdee crystals and enhancing gear:

We've now got 8600 gp of magic stuff in crystal form. Not bad :)

Do I need to do anything special to enhance our existing gear or is it just a matter of touching our gear (and some IC ritualistic chanting or something :P) with the crystals and *Bam* it's upgraded?

You need to give them to Witch Hunter Imbuers.  Your feat only allows you to extract them.  The imbuers have the necessary classes and craft feats to make magical items from the crystals.  (It still ain't no picnic to make magical items ! :P)

Bugger, here I was hoping we could imbue our items right there and then :P

Hehe. When I first saw the corpses being crystalized I thought "so D&D has finally reached the stage where enemies drop power-ups."
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.
