Thogrim had his doubts, but seeing Grimolf in an uncontrolled rage, striking his new friend Einar...the anger at Grimolf that had been bottling up inside him was unleashed. His muscles bulged and his heart began to race at an incredible speed.
"You told me once you would never run...yet you run from death. The mentor I once knew was dead. There is no place in Valhalla for one who runs away!"

With that he leapt into the air, landing on the chest of the unconscious troll. From there Grimolf would be unable to focus on both Einar and Thorgrim at the same time. Thorgrim brought the bladed pole above his head and swung down with a strong force.
Entering Rage. Jumping to F33, onto the blue troll to gain flanking with Einar. (Beats walking. :D)
Power Attack(-1) against Grimolf.

Jump onto unarmored Troll. (1d20+12=32)
Epic leap, even with the DC doubled from not having a running start.

Flanking Power Attack (-1/+2) (1d20+7=14)
That might just actually hit with his AC penalties...high enough to roll damage.

Guisarme Damage (2d4+9=15)
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

Your movement to flank Grimolf distracts him, and your guisarme cuts a deep slash into his upper leg.  From the blood slowly dripping down his face and the wounds you've seen him take, it is amazing that he is still standing; it must be pure rage and adrenaline keeping him upright.

Kaira runs forward and positions herself to strike...
...but runs out of time before others act.

Reposting the initiative to make it easier on me:
Initiative:
Einar: 21
Grimolf: 18
Hergierr: 15
Bare-chested Creature: 14
Brynhild: 11
Armored Creature: 10
Thorgrim: 5
Kaira: 5
Johan: 4
Darvador: 4

Shadowhunter is up.

"Technically," Thorgrim and Einar aren't flanking Grimolf (by the rules, the line connecting both of your squares passes through the bottom and left sides of Grimolf's space).  It's my opinion that the rules are incomplete in this regard; they account for "corners" (for example, if Nanshork were in space C-32, which would count as flanking), but not "middles" (as is occurring with you now; the imaginary line passes through the exact center of Grimolf's bottom side).  I even measured the angles, and you're in more of a straight line now than if Nanshork were in C-32.  Anyway, a long, wind-bag way of saying, "even though the rules technically say you aren't flanking, they are stupid, and you are."
Upon realising he wasn't close enough, Johan rapidly moves forward

What's the matter with me? I knew it wouldn't reach, why did I try?
Perhaps I haven't got the nerves for this after all. No, no. I said I wouldn't judge. The spirits knows what they are doing, I just need to try harder.

Unfortunetly, as hard as he tries, he can't seem to find an opening to hit Grimolf.
Taking a gamble as Kaira shifts her body, he lets fly another emerald blast.
His concern for his companions now acts against him, his attacks passing way over it's mark for fear of hitting his allies.
Ok, I counted it twice. Diagonally, I get 4 squares, and my blast is 8.
Going to K25 should give me enough proximity to reach both Grimolf and the troll.
Not that it matters this turn, since even though a ranged touch might stand a good chance of hitting a raging berserker, a total attack roll of 1 is still a miss.
Unless he suddenly transforms into an ancient dragon before my attack hits.
Then we would have other problems.

Seeing the blow that Einar took, Darvador rushes to his side and activates a rune from his staff.  It glows softly as Einar is bestowed with a troll's healing powers.

Einar gives a quick grunt of thanks as he feels the adrenaline pumping through his veins, allowing his battle lust to fill his body without clouding his mind.  He will never become as Grimolf.  His skin visibly thickening, Einar drops his spear and draws his greatsword to slash at Grimolf in one smooth movement.

Grimolf falls unconscious from the blood-loss and the force of your blow.  His hands still clench his flail, and he writhes as his muscles twitch with unspent adrenaline.
Hergierr is up.  Assuming you're going to drag the woman, she will encumber you to a medium load (thus reducing your speed to 20 ft.)
"Oh thank the gods! I've never seen such bloodlust in a man! I thought he'd kill us all!

But we're not out of the woodworks yet. We'd better get a fire going to finish these trolls off before they wake up!

I have a torch, flint, and steel, but I left them on my pony! If you guys want to keep stabbing them so they don't wake up, I can run and get them, though. Unless someone has a better idea...
"

If no one says anything contrary to this, he drags the woman off into the edge of the undergrowth and tries to hide her as best he can, and then runs back to the horses. He takes a look at her wounds, and if he thinks she might die before he gets back, he tries to bind them first.

As you speak Brynhild takes a step toward the troll you are beside and hefts her spear for a few downward thrusts.  As you mention getting a fire going, the armored troll comes to his senses, stands up, and turns to flee down the road.  With a smooth motion Brynhild pivots back on her right foot and alters her thrust into a throw, but the change throws her off-balance, and her spear passes behind the troll as it begins to flee.
Spear throw, and damage (1d20+1=8, 1d8+2=6)
(Sorry, he healed back to consciousness this round, and that speech was too long to not spill over into the next few individuals' turns.)
Also, I shifted you to the middle of the map, to allow more space down the road.

When it is his turn again, Hergierr will move towards the fleeing troll, pulling his sling as he goes, and fire at it.
If it is "running" it loses its dex to AC, and he has +1d6 sudden strike.

Thorgrim hops down from the unarmored troll and moves to the fleeing troll, yelling a war cry as he moves. He swings his guisarme at the creature's legs, but manages to only hit the dirt.
Move to M24. Attempt to Trip the troll. Tripping with a weapon does not provoke an AoO.

Swing and a miss.
At the very least, he can't get away without an AoO.

Seeing the chance that the troll could withdraw, Kaira opts for a tactic that might prevent it.  She utters several unusual words and rushes forward, beginning to close the distance with the troll.  Before she is even at Thorgrim's side he begins to grow, matching the troll for size in an instant.

Continuing his forward advance, Johan fires of another blast of energy, this time towards the fleeing creature.
This time the green surge finds it's mark and he sees part of the flesh of the creature rip open on its backside.

The troll collapses once more in a heap.  Darvador approaches the unarmored troll and bludgeons it with his rune-staff.

As Hergierr runs back to get his fire supplies there is a grim mood among those surrounding the three bodies.  The links of Grimolf's chain shirt rattle softly as the adrenaline making his muscles twitch begins to subside.  A close observer sees the wounds on Grimolf's face beginning to slow their loss of blood and knit shut, but that ceases after a few moments, and with it Grimolf's twitching ends.  The squelching of your stabbing into the trolls becomes tiresome by the time Hergierr returns with his supplies, and Thorgrim returns to his normal stature.
No need for damage rolls.  So long as you're doing 5 damage a round, they'll stay down.
Hergierr rides up on his pony, leaps from the saddle, and starts rummaging through his backpack, quickly pulling out the necessary implements. It takes him just a few seconds to get the torch lit. As he sticks it to one of the trolls bodies, he says "Anyone have any oil? Or should we gather some brush to make a pyre?"

And after reading the somber mood of the group, he adds rather hesitantly "And what should we do with Grimolf's body?"

Einar looks at Hergierr, somewhat confused.  "What do you mean his body?  He's not dead, least as far as I can tell.  If I had killed him then his bloodlust would have ended immediately."

"It looks like to me that he bled out while I went for the fire materials... He's not breathing, is he?"

Hergierr checks.

Assuming he is dead, he says:
"I think his bloodlust is all that was keeping him going, and when it ended, so did he."

Hergierr begins to gather nearby dried leaves and branches and pile them around the trolls. (Take 10 on survival to get decent pyres built.)

Grimolf did indeed expire less than a minute after Hergierr left to get his pony.  With his blood-loss prior to death, the half of his face not buried in the dust of the road has already taken on an ashen pallor beneath the tacky crimson mask streaking across it.  The flail's snarling wolf's head doesn't seem as fearsome lying throat up beside Grimolf's still form.  The singed troll flesh begins producing a foul blue-grey smoke that leaves an acrid metallic scent deep in your nostrils.  After a few minutes the stench rouses the unconscious woman who opens her eyes cautiously, taking in the unexpected outcome of what must have seemed a much more dire fate prior to her blow to the head.
Where are you planning to build the pyres?  It's pretty heavy undergrowth everywhere but the road (or the small cliff outcrop).
