Types and subtypes are normally Ex qualities. I can only assume there was a typo somewhere, but this would be a strict DM call.

Q96 Does the Disguise Self ability of a Changeling give you access to the abilities of a Warshaper. I know you can take the class, but are the abilities themselves usable without a way to shapechange? Are you considered to be in a different form with Disguise Self? Either way, why?

Disguise Self is a physical change for Changelings, so it fits the bill for Warshaper. As long as you are in a form even slightly different than your natural as a Changeling (different colored eyes is enough of a change, as technically your form is now changed), you can benefit from the class abilities.

Correct. In fact, I see no mention in the class that you must be in alternate form to grow claws, for example.

Pretending I'm the other gender counts, by that wording.  (Changelings do have default genders)

So, I read flyby attack in the SRD the other day,

Quote
Flyby Attack [General]
Prerequisite

Fly speed.
Benefit

When flying, the creature can take a move action (including a dive) and another standard action at any point during the move. The creature cannot take a second move action during a round when it makes a flyby attack.
Normal

Without this feat, the creature takes a standard action either before or after its move.

And I'm a little confused by the "another standard action" phrasing.  Does that mean you effectively get two standard actions by taking it?  It would be horribly unbalancing if it did, which is why I asked.

A97: English is an imprecise language, but correctly punctuated, that sentence is correct for the way that the ability is used. If it said "...another, standard, action..." then it would be saying that the creature may take another action during the move, as long as that action is a standard action. It also says that the creature may not make a second move action, which would otherwise have been one of the possible choices from the menu that is available for a standard action.

A100: Check out Drifts of the Shalm from the PHBII.  It might not be a wizards spell though...  I once had an Arcane Hierophant who was planning to use that along with Blood Snow from Frostburn to great effect.

A98: There are a few in the Tome of Magic (Enlarge, Extend, Widen, and Empower). They're all only 1xday, though.

Q101
Does an Incantatrix (Player's Guide to Faerun) retain the ability to cast spells from a school she bans if they're in her spellbook?  For example, if she bans Evocation as an Incantatrix, but scribed fireball into her book pre-Incantatrix, can she cast fireballQ102
If I'm Large and wield armor spikes (10' reach) and a halberd (20' reach), then bull rush a foe, hitting them with my spikes to push then 5' back, then under what conditions will the opponent provoke an AoO for moving?  (Assume I'm not using Thicket of Blades.)

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

A 101

Yes you can.  Incantrix (well the online version, anyway) specifies that you keep spells known from before your prohibit your extra school.  An Illusionist3/Master Specialist4/ShadowcraftMage5/Incantatrix8 who bans necromancy for incantatrix, can still have any necromancy spells of up to 6th level that she had already learned prior to her fist incantatrix level.   The same clause applies to other prestige classes as well.

As always, the later and more specific rule, trumps the earleir and more general one.  A Wizard can retrain prohibited schools, but will then lose any spell she could not have gained access to if she had chosen that prohibited school originally.

The 3.5 Incantatrix isn't from Magic of Faerun but instead from Player's Guide to Faerun.  It states I must prohibit 1 school as a Wizard but doesn't mention keeping spells I have.

Then refer to Red Mage from the DMG and go by how it does it.  Sometimes you have to work by analogy.

Q 102 By RAW, share soulmeld does not work with your soulspark familiar.  This sucks royally.  Is there any fix?

On the bright side, Psionics/Magic transparency means it should work on a Psycrystal.

Q 103 Can you take Share Soulmeld multiple times to share multiple soulmelds with your familiars?

I assume that taking it applies it to all your little friends, as per the beastmaster build from Iron Chef

Q104

What is the argument behind Rogues being able to pick up Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting as a bonus feat?  Normally I'm all for tricks like this, but I just can't convince myself that it works.  I hope it isn't one of those "the rules don't say you can't" interpretations.

I think it's because the Rogue's Special Ability description for feats does not make any mention of requirements of any sort, but I can't be sure.

Q105

I'm playing a Natural lycanthrope Dungeoncrashing fighter (DM ruled that I don't have to take the animal hit dice) and I was wondering if there is a feat or something that would allow me to change form as something other than a standard action.

Right. Which is why you should totally take Gape of the Serpent, instead. And name your rogue Hungry Jack.  :smirk
