KNOWN POWERS 1d100=62, 1d100=80, 1d100=71, 1d100=43, 1d100=30:
RESISTANCE TO EMOTION ATTACKS: Remarkable (30)- An assassin's no good if he can be turned back on the people who sent him. For this reason, Tracy has been highly trained to resist emotional attacks.

ENHANCED SENSE (VISION): Remarkable (30)- The government organization that created Tracy wished for him to make mostly long ranged sniper hits, so they enhanced his ability to see things at a distance.

LEAPING: Remarkable (30)- Tracy's physical training during his time at The Facility was strenuous. This score is a result of the various simulated assassinations Tracy was sent on during his time there. Namely, the large amount of leaping from rooftop to rooftop to escape post-hit.

LIGHTNING SPEED: Amazing (50)- Tracy's physical training also involved non-simulations. The exercise that helped build this score was running from expensive and well-trained attack dogs. This skill was helpful in Tracy's escape from The Facility.

SHOOTING THINGS WITH GUNS HELLA GOOD: Remarkable (30)- An assassin's most basic skill. Tracy has spent more than the current Gross Domestic Product of most countries on ammunition alone. His current arms include a pair of hand guns and a sniper rifle.

TALENTS:
Guns
Martial Arts E
Acrobatics
Marksman

BACKGROUND:
Soldiers aren't the only things the government is interested in making super any more. Tracy is the result of a new Super Assassin program.

Born to Jack and Jill Typicalamerican, he was recruited to train at The Facility on his Eighteenth birthday. The recruiters were unspecific about the type of training involved, but promised that it would allow Tracy to enter a lucrative and well paying occupation immediately upon completion. A boy, now a man, who had had little money his whole life, Tracy entered without a second thought.

His first few months of training seemed strange. He didn't seem to do much but eat and sleep. In fact, his 'breakfast'(whatever meal was available for him upon waking) was heavily drugged, and the people who ran The Facility were working without end during his drug induced slumber, operating to improve his physical health and eyesight.

After a few months of this, Tracy was told of a tracking chip planted in his right arm. He was told if he ever tried to escape, he would be found and 'taken care of.' It was after this speech that the actual purpose of The Facility was the creation of a Super Assassin. Tracy spent countless hours training with firearms from all around the world. Breaking down, putting together, and firing. he was also put through rigorous physical training and exercise. For his final 'assignment' he was told to murder an innocent man. After doing so, he was told the man was actually a criminal sentenced to death.

Sick and tired of people messing with his head, Tracy fled The Facility, cutting the tracking chip out of his arm in a thoroughly manly fashion.
TALENTS:

BACKGROUND:
Although a loose cannon they were unable to control, the Weapon X program has always seen Wolverine as one of their finest accomplishments. In this light a new program was started, a collaboration between the USA, Canada and Great Britain, using mutants with feral and/or regenerative abilities from all three countries to try and copy the success of the Weapon X program.
Achieving various results, both successes and failures, the project was eventually cancelled due to budget constraints and the few succesful experiments it produced were reassigned to various special ops teams.
John was one of these succesful experiments. He eventually cut ties with his superiors after he and his squad were sent on a mission that turned out to be an ambush. It turned out his superiors knew this was very likely the case, but favored the objective of the mission above the lives of their soldiers. Upon finding out, John decided to escape the facility on which he was living. After a long road trip, he decided to move to Comix City and try his luck there, knowing his powers could be used to help people.
Cross referencing my character.

I'll try to build a back-up one as soon as possible and post it here.
Dala, an alien from the areas behind the Black Galaxy

Fighting:    Amazing (100)    Rank: 50
Agility:            Excellent (42)    Rank: 20
Strength:    Remarkable (68)     Rank: 30
Endurance:     Excellent (59)    Rank: 20
Reason:            Good (27)           Rank: 10
Intuition:    Amazing (98)      Rank: 50
Psyche:     Amazing (108)    Rank: 50

Health: 120
Karma: 110
Resources: Amazing (50)
Popularity: Good (10)

Known powers: Dala's alien race is known for their ferric affinity, but as derivatives of his high-than-average mental talents he also unlocked some of the secrets of telepathy.

-Astral projection:
Typical (6). Dala is a novice at astral projection, but she has learned the rudimentary qualities of moving out of his body.
-Force field, personal: Amazing (50). Dala has learned to erect a personal forcewall, but cannot move it more than half an inch away from her clothing. Her magnetic abilities complement this making her force field even stronger.
-Magnetic manipulation: Amazing (50). Dala can move metallic objects and form force fields agains in a highly skillful manner. This also allows her to fly with Excellent ability (20).
-Telepathy: Remarkable (30). Dala is able to communicate telepathically and reading minds of other creatures.

Talents:
-Aerial combat
-Martial arts B
-Pilot (aircraft)
-Student

Background:
Dala is native to the unexplored areas that lie behind the dreaded Black Galaxy. As her race grew more and more scared of Ego, the Living Planet, they send a number of explorers to find friendly planets they could migrate if need be. After a journey of tremendous length, Dala reached Earth and was immediately countered by the Fantastic Four who gave her shelter and taught her local manners and language.

After Thor defeated the Living Planet there she has been of no threat to Dala's planet, Borei, but Dala decided to stay on Earth as an observer and has done so for over a decade. She tries to stay neutral when it comes to criminals, but has been known to help heroes in all matters related to deep space, magnetism and telepathy.

Dala, as well as her race, remind humanoids when it comes to physiology, which can be explained by the fact that Celestials created her people as well. She is relatively small, standing at 5'3'' with very long white hair that is a peculiar sight when compared to her dark purple skin. Her eyes are similar to human eyes, but her pupils are unnaturally large and their colour seems to change constantly between different shades of green and blue. Normally she wears casual clothing, jeans and a t-shirt, but when fighting against crime or during some special occasion she uses her old pilot costume, a green, flexible suit that shines with yellow light whenever exposed to sunlight.

As most people who have relied on the charity of others, Dala is extremely friendly to everyone, at least initially, and her courteous behaviour often seems quite out of place. In spite of her small size, she is a terrible combatant, especially if she can battle in the air where her unarmed fighting abilities are at their very best.

During her time on Earth, she has become very keen on different games, something that her people did not indulge in. Sports, card games, pool, anything.

Notes for myself:
-Fighting at +1CS when unarmed or flying, +2 if both
Caelic's Stable O' Spandex-Wearing Supers
AEGIS
Private Thomas Steven Rogers, altered human

FIGHTING: Remarkable (30)
AGILITY: Remarkable (30)
STRENGTH: Excellent (20)/Monstrous (75)
ENDURANCE: Incredible (40)
REASON: Typical (6)
INTUITION: Excellent (20)
PSYCHE: Excellent (20)

HEALTH: 120/175
KARMA: 46
RESOURCES: Typical
POPULARITY: 6

KNOWN POWERS:
Aegis has the power to generate powerful telekinetic force-fields; all of his other powers are simply applications of this ability.

PERSONAL FORCE FIELD: Monstrous (75).  Aegis' force fields are at their most powerful when drawn in tight around his body; most attacks cannot penetrate his personal force field.  Aegis' strength is also raised to Monstrous (75) when his personal force field is up, as the field serves as a sort of telekinetic exoskeleton.

PROJECTED FORCE FIELD: Incredible (40).  Aegis can also project his force field at range, but it loses considerable power in the process.

TELEKINESIS: Incredible (40).  Aegis can use his projected force fields to manipulate objects at a distance.  Again, the field loses significant strength at range.

FLIGHT: Typical (6).  Recently, Aegis has developed the technique of using his personal forcefield to lift herself off the ground.  This ability is still rudimentary, and takes significant concentration on his part.

TALENTS:
Martial Arts B
Martial Arts D
Resist Domination
Military

BACKGROUND:
Tom Rogers has always idolized Captain America.  He grew up on stories told by his grandfather, a WWII vet whose unit Cap saved from a Nazi ambush.  His admiration for his hero didn't wane as he grew older; instead, it pushed him to try to be as much like Cap as possible, embarking on a strict regimen of training and eventually enrolling in the military.

Cap's death left a nation stunned, but it was especially devastating for Tom.  (It was at this point in his life that he had his middle name legally changed to "Steven," to honor his idol.)  Both his ability and his devotion to Cap's ideals made him an ideal prospect for a clandestine research project intended to produce a new generation of super-soldiers; when he was approached by an officer with a speech about how the world still needed heroes, and about how someone was going to have to stand up for what Cap believed in, he jumped at the chance.

The attempt to recreate the super-soldier serum had mixed results.  A few of the test subjects experienced moderately enhanced physical abilities; several others had severe (sometimes fatal) adverse reactions.  Two subjects produced unexpected and spectacular results; apparently, the mutagens in the compound activated latent mutations in their genetic code.  Tom found himself capable of generating a potent telekinetic forcefield; another soldier, who Tom only knew as "Sarah," was transformed into a malformed, rampaging, feral creature who killed two of the scientists overseeing the process and then tried to do the same to everyone else in the room.  Using his newfound abilities, Tom was able to stop her from killing anyone else, but not from escaping; she vanished into the desert surrounding the base.

The project was shut down, and those in charge reassigned or incarcerated; Tom was detached from his unit and put on inactive reserve duty, training with his powers and answering to a contact from SHIELD named "Agent Smith."

Smith disappeared during the shake-up in SHIELD management and the ousting of Nick Fury; for the moment, at least, Tom is on his own...

COPYCAT
Catherine Snyder, Geneticist

FIGHTING: Amazing (50)
AGILITY: Amazing (50)
STRENGTH: Excellent (20)
ENDURANCE: Remarkable (30)
REASON: Amazing (50)
INTUITION: Incredible (40)
PSYCHE: Good (10)

HEALTH: 150
KARMA: 110
RESOURCES: Good (10)
POPULARITY: Typical (6)

KNOWN POWERS:
Residual Absorption: Amazing (50). 'Cat's main power is the ability to analyze the residual traces of energy left behind when a power is used and then alter her own genetic structure to replicate that power.  Such powers function at the Amazing (50) level.  When she attempts to replicate a power, Copycat must make a Reason FEAT roll to determine the duration; on a Red FEAT, the duplication is permanent.

Hyper-Running: Incredible (40).  Copycat has permanently replicated many of the powers of an enhanced cheetah, including the ability to run at Incredible speeds.

Hyper-Fighting: Incredible (40).  Copycat's Fighting has been enhanced by her replication of the cheetah's abilities.

Hyper-Agility: Incredible (40). Copycat's Agility has also been enhanced.

Hyper-Intuition: Remarkable (30).  Copycat has also gained the cat's keen senses, significantly boosting her Intuition.

DUPLICATED POWERS:  Cat has permanently duplicated the following powers.

Extra Attacks:  For purposes of making extra attacks, Copycat rolls on the Monstrous column.
Forcefield (Personal): Amazing (50) rank.

TALENTS:
Biology
Genetics
Chemistry
Tumbling

BACKGROUND: Catherine "Cat" Snyder was an extremely talented and not entirely principled geneticist whose primary field of study was genetic engineering--namely, the commercial creation of designer superpowers for wealthy clients.  While the notion of becoming extremely rich certainly appealed to her, what really intrigued her was the possibility of gaining powers herself; although brilliant, Cat was also somewhat insecure, and longed to be "special."

Cat's experiments with animals were highly successful.  The crowning achievement was a cheetah whose abilities had been enhanced to superhuman levels; film of the cat outrunning a sports car formed a major part of the sales pitch Catherine made to investors.

Unfortunately, while the investors were enthusiastic, the government was less so.  Cat was ordered to shut down her operation pending an investigation of her business practices and the safety of her lab.  Unfortunately, she knew perfectly well that she'd cut enough corners that the shutdown would be permanent.

Unwilling to let her work slip through her fingers, Cat took the ultimate gamble, subjecting herself to a treatment that was supposed to allow for short-term remapping of the genome to produce temporary superpowers.  The procedure worked--in fact, it worked better than she'd anticipated.  When she attempted to replicate the cheetah's speed and agility, she gained those abilities pernamently.  Unfortunately, what she HADN'T anticipated was that she'd ALSO take on the appearance of the animal; where once she'd been a relatively small and ordinary-looking woman, Cat was now a rather striking cat-woman with the ability to replicate the powers of other superhumans.  Thus was born Copycat.

Although Copycat has made the admirable decision to become a hero, her motives are somewhat less admirable.  She's motivated mainly by the fact that she wants adulation and fame, and by the opportunity to work with other heroes and acquire more powers.  She's also not particularly brave; thus, working with a group appeals to her.  Duplicating the powers of a cat also seems to have brought with it some of the traits of said animal; Copycat is hedonistic and more than a bit selfish.  She's not evil, by any means, and will usually do the right thing--as long as it doesn't cost her too much to do it.
