Are you planning to add any feats/PrCs/what have you to that?
Not so much anymore, when I wrote it the topic was pretty hot, now a days the topic is pretty dead. I didn't want to go on an advertising run for it, (and why you should play it), but for posterity at least. It'd be awesome if was here. I might help ... SOMEONE... get what they want. It was actually well recieved by some people at thegamingden.com, and I didn't post it on gitp, but I link people to it when they complain about "My sorcerer in a game w/a wizard, sucks". etc.

Added, although I figured Kell would have added those classes to his own compendium.

My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Tier 1: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything and the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Remember how Kellus fixed Truenaming?  Well he completely revamped the graft system too.    Base class, feats, PrCs.

This didn't seem to be added.
