Razorwind Chen

Chen gave the apparition a quizzical look, not speaking...yet.
To answer without knowing was ill advised.

And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Tick Tock stared at the being, "Is the riddle, what has four legs in the morning, two legs in the evening, and three legs at night?"

Robin gives the apparition a look unsure if its another delusion or real, then shrugs, does it matter? "I think it should answers Tock's riddle first before it asks us one."
"No, no, don't think, Maya." Ritsuko chided. "We will not gattai the Evas or their pilots.

Such thoughts lead inevitably to transformation sequences."

The old man pipes up from the back, "Ah, that riddle's older'n me, get somethin' interesting up in there." Wearing a simple cloak, this man has a grizzled face with wild wiry gray hair, and his long ears hint at his elven heritage.

Maybe it's some sort of word play... this looks like a tricky creature. Like my old captain used to say, "Never trust someone you haven't seen in battle."

Your hoard? Our reward is to clear your lair of kobolds? How does that make sense? My captain always told me to help people, but theres no way I'm going out of my way for filthy kobolds. Not worth the arrows.

"There were many kobolds, enough to slay me. One of them had some sort of strange power...Almost infernal... As for the reward, I can tell you of a cache I'm positive the kobolds wouldn't have been able to find. Other than that, the kobolds already hold the rest of my considerable fortune, but if you slay them, you can win it back!"
