4e Racial Feats Compendium

Well, I was looking around for a list of feats by race on various boards and was not able to find one yet. I had nothing planned this afternoon and our most rambunctious kidling is spending the afternoon and evening with Grandma... so I wrote one up real quick.

EDIT: Updated with some Dragon Magazine material.

Human
Heroic Tier
Action Surge - PHB: +3 to attacks when you spend an action point.
Human Perseverance - PHB: +1 to saving throws
Stubborn Survivor - FRPG: +2 to saving throws when you have no action points remaining.
Sideways Defense (Fighter) - MP: Adjacent allies gain +1 defense against marked enemy.
Human Beast Mastery (Ranger) - MP: Beast gains +1 to all defenses.      
Rash Sneak Attack (Rogue) - MP: Grant combat advantage for extra sneak attack damage.
Inspired Defense (Warlord) - MP: Ally gains +1 to all defenses with inspiring word.

Paragon Tier
Action Recovery - PHB: Gain extra saving throws by spending action point.
Bloody Tenacity (Martial Class) - MP: +2 to all defenses when first Bloodied.
Avenging Spirit (Warlord/Fighter) - MP: Gain action point when ally is reduced to 0 or fewer HP.

Epic Tier
Timely Revival (Martial Class) - MP: make death saving throws at the start of your turn.

Dwarf
Heroic Tier
Dodge Giants - PHB: +1 to AC and reflex against attacks of large or larger foes.
Dwarven Weapon Training - PHB: +2 damage and proficiency with axes and hammers.
Gold Dwarf Pride - FRPG: +1 to AC and attack rolls if you regain consciousness.
Shield the Fallen - FRPG: Grant bloodied, unconscious or helpless ally +2 to saving throws and all defenses.
Devoted Challenge (Fighter) - MP: Bonus to melee basic attacks equal to Wis modifier.
Dwarf Stoneblood (Fighter) - MP: Add half Con modifier to Battlerager Vigor temporary HP.
Thundertusk Companion (Ranger) - MP: Your boars HP increase by your level.
Dwarf Trapsmith (Rogue) - MP: +4 to Perception and Thievery for traps and locks.
Bolstering Inspiration (Warlord) - MP: Saving Throw or additional HP for inspiring word target.
Tunnel Stalker (Rogue) - MP: Treat one handed axes, hammers and light picks as light blades.

Paragon Tier
Dwarven Durability - PHB: Increase number of healing surges, healing surge value.
Steadfast Tactics (Warlord) - MP: Inspiring word reduces effect of push, pull or slide.
Enduring Wallop (Fighter) - MP: Deal ongoing 5 damage with fighter daily power.
Stonefoot Reprisal  (Fighter) - MP: Enemy that pushes or slides you provokes opportunity attack.

Dragonborn Frenzy - PHB: +2 damage when bloodied.
Dragonborn Senses - PHB: Low light vision, +1 to perception.
Enlarged Dragon Breath - PHB: Dragon Breath becomes blast 5.
Avowed Dragonfoe - FRPG: +1 bonus to attacks rolls against dragons, +2 when bloodied.
Broken Shackles - FRPG: +1 to Will defense, +2 to saving throws against charm.      
Bloodied Invigoration (Fighter) - MP: Invigorating powers grant +2 temporary HP when bloodied.
Bracing Breath (Fighter) - MP: Dragon Breath gives +1 to attack with invigorating powers.
Breath-Resistant Beast (Ranger) - MP: Beast gains resistance to your dragons breath damage type.
Brutal Teamwork (Rogue) - MP: +2 damage when adjacent to any ally.
Bravura Spirit (Warlord) - MP: Bloodied ally gains additional bonus from Bravura Presence.
Adaptable Breath - DRG: You may choose a second damage type for your breath weapon.
Hurl Breath - DRG: Your dragon breath becomes Range 10, burst 2.

Paragon Tier
Empowered Dragon Breath - PHB:Dragon Breath uses d10's.
Bloody Inspiration (Warlord) - MP: Second ally benefits from your inspiring word.
Draconic Arrogance (Fighter) - MP: Deal damage to enemies you push or knock prone.
Admixture Breath - DRG: Your dragon breath deals two types of damage.
Dragonborn Zeal - DRG: You gain the Dragonborn Zeal power allowing you to use a healing surge when reduced to 0 Hp and granting bonuses.

Epic Tier
Dragon Warrior (Martial Class) - MP: Regain dragon breath when first bloodied.

Drow
Heroic Tier
Clutch of Darkness - FRPG: Cloud of Darkness becomes burst 2, Darkfire becomes Ranged 15.
Shield of Shadows - FRPG: +2 to Reflex defense when within your Cloud of Darkness.
Ruthless Hunter - FRPG: your hand crossbow deals 1d8 damage and gains the High Crit property.         
Darkfire Targeting (Ranger/Rogue) - MP: Target of your darkfire takes extra damage.
Drow Beast Mastery (Ranger) - MP: Beast sees through your cloud of darkness.
Command the Darkness (Warlord) - MP: Change how much cloud of darkness obscures its area.
Drow Fighting Style - DRG: While armed with a light blade and hand crossbow, you don't provoke opportunity attacks with the hand crossbow.
Drow Heretic - DRG: +2 damage against spiders.
Instinctive Darkness - DRG: Use cloud of darkness as an immediate reaction when target of melee or close attack.
Lolth's Meat - DRG: Drop enemy to 0 HP, gain +1 bonus to attack rolls.
Shadowslip - DRG: Shift 2 after using cloud of darkness.
         
Paragon Tier
Master of Fire and Darkness - FRPG: use both Cloud of Darkness and Darkfire once per encounter.
Merciless Killer - FRPG: +5 damage if you have combat advantage against bloodied foe.
Venomous Heritage - FRPG: Gain resist poison 5 and +2 to saving throws against poison.
Darkhunter (Ranger) - MP: Each enemy in cloud of darkness is designated as your quarry.
Darkjumper (Rogue) - MP: Teleport as a free action within your cloud of darkness
Flickering Shroud - DRG: Use darkfire to grant an ally +2 AC and reflex defense.
Highborn Drow - DRG: +2 Arcana checks, and gain webs of darkness racial power.
Shadowborn - DRG: Gain +2 initiative in darkness or dim illumination and +1 damage to targets granting combat advantage.

Darkfire Warrior (Martial Class) - MP: Regain use of darkfire after reducing target to 0 HP.

Genasi

Elemental Assault (Swordmage) - FRPG: +3 to damage based on elemental manifestation.
Extra Manifestation - FRPG: Select one new elemental manifestation.
Manifest Resistance - FRPG: Add 5 to your resistance from elemental manifestation.
Versatile Resistance - FRPG: Gain resist 5 cold, resist 5 fire, and resist 5 thunder.
Keeper of the Storm (Fighter) - MP: Deal thunder damage or lightning damage when using stormsoul.
Master of Rumbling Earth (Fighter) - MP: Bonuses to attack rolls and damage with earthshock.
Hunter of Wind and Wave (Ranger) - MP: +2 to movement with switcurrent or windwalker.
Wielder of Piercing Flame (Rogue) - MP: Firepulse ignores targets resistance or immunity when you have combat advantage.
Genasi Fire Affinity - DRG: Increase fire resist and apply penalty to saves against your fire powers.
Earthshock Master - DRG: Your earthshock deals damage and becomes reliable.
Fast Manifestation - DRG: Once per day you may change your elemental manifestation as a minor action.
Firepulse Master - DRG: Your firepulse deals additional damage and becomes reliable.
Genasi Frost Affinity - DRG: Increase your cold resistance and gain some immunities.
Primordial Surge - DRG: When you use a racial power you gain temporary HP.

Paragon Tier
Shocking Flame - FRPG: +2 damage when manifesting firesoul or or stormsoul.
Stoneguard - FRPG: +2 AC against ranged attacks when manifesting earthsoul.
Stormrider - FRPG: +1 speed when manifesting watersoul or windsoul.
Elemental Companions (Warlord) - MP: Allies share your racial energy resistance.
Elemental Guardian (Fighter) - MP: Racial trait improves when you are adjacent to an ally.

Epic Tier
Double Manifestation - FRPG: Use two of your elemental manifestations simultaneously.
Elemental Warrior (Martial Class) - MP: Regain use of racial power after scoring critical hit.

Eladrin
Heroic Tier
Eladrin Soldier - PHB: +2 damage and proficiency with longsword and spears.
Moon Elf Resiliance - FRPG: Spend a healing surge as a free action when using fey step in certain situations.
Sun Elf Grace - FRPG: +1 bonus to all defenses if you use your fey step before becoming bloodied.
Fey Blades (Fighter) - MP: +1 damage with longsword in each hand.
Feyborn Companion (Ranger) - MP: Beast gains fey origin and other benefits.
Longsword Finesse (Rogue) - MP: Treat longsword as a light blade.
Fey Command (Warlord) - MP: Ally can teleport before or after attacking.
Tactical Inspiration (Warlord) - MP: Add Int modifier to inspiring word HP restored.

Paragon Tier
Feywild Protection - PHB: +2 to defenses when you use fey step.
Fey Tactics (Warlord) - MP: Nearby ally can use fey step when you do.
Fey Charge (Fighter) - MP: Use reliable fey step with charge.
Fey Gambit (Rogue) - MP: Gain combat advantage against enemy you fey step next to.
Fey Step Trailblazer - DRG: An adjacent ally may teleport with you when you use fey step.
Reactive Fey Step - DRG: When you suffer forced movement you may use fey step.

Epic Tier
Feywild Warrior (Martial Class) - MP: Teleport yourself and your target after using daily power.

Elf

Elven Precision - PHB: +2 to reroll with elven accuracy.
Light Step - PHB: +1 to acrobatics and stealth, increase group overland speed.
Wild Elf Luck - FRPG: +1d4 bonus on reroll when using elven accuracy.
Wood Elf Agility - FRPG: On acrobatics and athletics checks, d20 roll of 2-7 counts as 8.
Opportunistic Accuracy (Fighter) - MP: Retain elven accuracy when you miss.
Brutal Accuracy (Ranger) - MP: Hit with elven accuracy reroll gains extra damage.
Elven Beast Mastery (Ranger) - MP: Beast benefits from Wild Step and elven accuracy.
Sneaky Accuracy (Rogue) - MP: Retain elven accuracy on an enemy's miss.
Leading Fire (Warlord) - MP: Allies gain +1 to ranged attack rolls against target.

Paragon Tier
Running Shot - PHB: No attack penalty to ranged attacks after you run.
Opportunistic Archer (Fighter) - MP: Use a bow for attacks granted by Combat Challenge.
Hunter's Advantage (Ranger) - MP: Deal +2 damage against quarry with combat advantage.
Prime Slayer (Rogue) - MP: Deal +2 damage if you are the closest to the target.

Epic Tier
Hawkeye Warrior (Martial Class) - MP: +1 to attack rolls after using elven accuracy.

Ferocious Rebuke - PHB: Push 1 square with infernal wrath.
Hellfire Blood - PHB: +1 attack and damage with fire and fear powers.
Scion of the Gods - FRPG: +1 to Fortitude and Will defenses.
Lingering Wrath (Fighter) - MP: Bonuses from infernal wrath as long as your mark.
Fiendish Companion (Ranger) - MP: Beast gains resist fire.
Cunning Ambusher (Rogue) - MP: Combine infernal wrath with combat advantage for bonuses to attack and damage rolls.
Rattling Wrath (Rogue) - MP: Combine rattling power with infernal wrath to increase rattling penalty to -4.
Unbalancing Wrath (Warlord) - MP: Infernal wrath target grants combat advantage.

Paragon Tier
Fiery Rebuke - PHB: Cause fire damage with infernal wrath.
Fiendish Defender (Fighter) - MP: Apply infernal wrath to enemy that hits your ally.
Wrathful Hunter (Ranger) - MP: Use infernal wrath against quarry for bonus to attack rolls.
Infernal Sneak Attack (Rogue) - MP: Combine infernal wrath with sneak attack for extra damage.

Lost in the Crowd - PHB: +2 to AC when adjacent to at least two larger enemies.
Ghostwise Heritage - FRPG: You and ally both use higher result of your perception checks.
Halfling Stalwart (Fighter) - MP: +1 to attack rolls against Large or larger marked targets.
Lucky Skirmisher (Ranger/Rogue) - MP: Enemies find you harder to hit when you run.
Nimble Companion (Ranger) - MP: Beast gains +2 AC against opportunity attacks.
Bold Command (Warlord) - MP: Allies gain +1 to attack rolls against enemy that misses you.

Paragon Tier
Underfoot - PHB: Move through spaces of Large or larger creatures.
Avandra's Gift (Rogue) - MP: Gain combat advantage with second chance.
Halfling Beast Mastery (Ranger) - MP: Beast companion gains second chance once per encounter.

Component Modification - DRG: Your body takes better advantage of warforged components.
Immutability - DRG: Make a saving throw when using your warforged resolve power.
Improved Warforged Resolve - DRG: Gain temporary HP when you use your warforged resolve power.
Warforged Tactics - DRG: Gain attack bonus when an ally is adjacent to your target.

Paragon Tier
Improved Warforged Immutability - DRG: Gain the Improved Immutability power allowing you an immediate saving throw and a bonus to saving throws with your second wind.

Epic Tier
Warforged Fortification - DRG: Gain the Warforged Fortification power allowing you to negate a critical hit.

Gnoll

Butcher's Lure - DRG: You may use Ghost Sound at will and gain bonuses.
Carrion Eater - DRG: You gain bonuses against poison and disease.
Claw Fighter - DRG: Your claws become light blades and gain a proficiency bonus and increased damage.
Gnoll Tracker - DRG: Gain bonuses to perception and insight in specific situations.

Paragon Tier
Fierce Charge - DRG: When you use your ferocious charge you may use an at will power.
Swift Bite - DRG: When you bloody a foe you may bite for extra damage.

Brutal Charge - DRG: When you use your ferocious charge you may use an encounter attack.

Minotaur

Goring Shove - DRG: When you hit with goring charge you may push the target.
Greathorn - DRG: Increase the damage from your goring charge.
Natural Cunning - DRG: You gain bonuses to perception checks and checks to avoid becoming lost.
Opportunity Gore - DRG: Whenever you make an opportunity attack you may use goring charge without expending it even if you have already used it this encounter.

Paragon Tier
Beast Within - DRG: Gain bonuses when bloodied.
Bloody Gore - DRG: Recharge your goring charge when you first become bloodied.
Brutal Ferocity - DRG: When reduced to 0 or fewer HP you may use an at will attack power.

Uncanny Scent - DRG: You ignore the effects of cover, concealment and invisibility for creatures near you.
