Meg, can we get the coding for the eyerolling smiley fixed? It's supposed to be : : ) without the spaces, but it always comes up with a : and a :) face when I view it. Could we get something like :eyeroll ? :D

Sure-- I'm not sure why it does that, I have it set to :: ) (no spaces) but I think I confused it.

I'm not up to date at all on coding for smilies, so if someone wanted to edumucate me on what goes with what, I'd be mighty appreciative.

I'm not sure how the coding works to change it, but the first smiley listed is : ) without spaces and since the rolling eyes smiley is :: ) without spaces, they're just too similar. The machine reads :: ) as a colon and the first smiley... At least that's how my IE sees it...

True that.  8) If everyone's special, then no one is. Of course, when everyone's competent, that doesn't mean no one is...  :hide

But seriously, why not use Firefox?  :mozilla

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it." My IE works fine. i've never had a problem with it. Why would I upgrade/change to something if what I have works fine? :shrug If it's really IE that's causing me not to see the smiley, oh well. I know when I see a colon and normal smiley it's rolling eyes, so no big loss.

I just had an odd idea.

What if we had a set of smilies for the different archetypes here?   :plot

There are a lot of different archetypes (and soon to be more?). Plus, a lot of them are similiar... I dunno if smileys could encompass all the archetype qualities...

I started looking for some smileys for the archetypes, but then I got distracted by these:

This one reminded me of TShern for some reason:

Awesome and awesome.  Me likey.

I think we need a d20 rolling smiley, and a cookie smiley, a loot smiley, a "swarm of smiles" smiley, and a boatload of cookies smiley.

Also this:
and:
and:  or
possibly:  and/or

Maybe these?

Not suggesting this one, but this one made me lol:

I want a smiley with its hands over its ears... *I'm not listening!*
