Ok, so bit of an odd request. A friend of mine asked me if I knew the title of a particular book she's trying to find, and me being the poorly-read person I am, I have no idea. However! Since this forum is made up of smart people, I thought I'd ask you guys. Apparently it's "a British children/young adult novel about a girl with a tattoo on her back, where the main premise was that monsters that people used to use to scare kids were becoming real". The title is also a girl's name, possibly starting with an A. Any ideas?
