Mr. Unlucky giggles slightly, waiting in hiding.

We're not done playing with them, just hope they're not smart enough to ruin our fun.

Dez glances over at Mr. Unlucky.

No, not likely that smart, but they are smart enough to not immediately rush in here; however, if they remain outside, their messenger could return soon enough with reinforcements, and our plans to ambush them at night may be... altered. If that's so, the slaughter shall be held here, though they could flush us out if they are cunning. It may be wiser to take them out here and now, before their kin arrive. Though, these men will not believe my ruse any longer.

She looks once again out the door.

We must wear away at their numbers, bit by bit, piece by piece, drop by drop. Even now they outnumber us, but there are ways to make any situation work to our advantage. We must never lose the chance to assert our superiority to these... savages. The question now, it seems, is how do we best do that?
AC still MIA with the broken PC? Because I'm not sure how far to push on without at least occasional updates from his, as his not acting will probably make things a fair amount harder on you guys.

I wasn't aware he had pc issues. I was wondering why no one was updating in here, though, haha.

And yes, without AC things would be rather difficult. He's the main source of damage, given his multiple attacks and good damage output. I've got to be frugal with my wild shapes for the time being, as we had been planning a larger assault on the village for night time, otherwise it might now be so bad right now. Still, AC's the primary brawn of the team. Hopefully his computer gets fixed soon. If not, we may have to reconfigure our game a bit.
Simell pulls the bodies into the shadows, leaving only a visible trail of blood, should the warrior come close enough for death. "They'll not send their forces one at a time into the house. We may get one or two more, but nothing else. At what point do we bring the fight to them? We musn't wait all day, either. Our men are out there hiding somewhere. They must know the plan."
I'm still here. 1/day posting is usually about what I can get. I wasn't aware you were waiting on me. I assumed we were waiting for the guy to get close, but then again I have no idea what Ejo has in mind. :P

Can we get some kind of map/description of where the guy is? It's a bit hard to picture this setup and I don't think Venn or I are ready to run out into the open to get shot at. :P

Haha, my point exactly. There are about 7 guys still out there right now, yes? Three on seven's not too bad, but someone's going to have to act first, and if one of us runs out and initiative isn't in our favor, it could be a bit of a slaughter. I could change into a form that's more damage-resistant, but I don't want to over-do it. I've only got 4 hours of wild shape I can use, so I need to make it count. I'm also not sure the extent of creatures Strat'll let me use, because some are just extra-cheesy. However, I think so far of everyone playing in Arhosa, I've used the least cheese. All of mine is contained in wild shape, anyway. :lmao
This would be far easier with a mage on-hand. If only I had had the penchant for the arcane...

Dez studies the situation, closing her eyes momentarily, deep in concentration. Sighing, she opens them, peering through the crack of the doorway once again from her position.

Foregoing that, we need something of a tactical plan... Perhaps we could catch them from behind? Leave through a back door, and circle around... Surprise is our biggest ally when force of numbers is not.

"When they see, what they'll see will be there death, be ready Beast. Send the godly back to his one after that shock, the rest will be for cleaning. But still they as we need, this game is ours."

Mr. Unlucky grins and licks a bit of the warrior's blood off his rapier.

Simell emits a low growl. "Mages are weak and edible. They serve no use to us... But yes, a plan we need. Can you hit them from the window? If I rush the one outside when he comes in view, and you fire at the ones further away, we'll divide and conquer."

We can certainly cull their numbers that way. I will retrieve my bow.

Dez walks to the far wall and picks up her bow and quiver, readying an arrow as she does so. She then walks back near the window, ready to attack.

The warrior glances towards the door, looking into the building at an angle. Unable to see anything in the darkened room, he turns and begins marching back towards his comrades, turning over his shoulder to call to those who went into the building. Seeing no response, the priest begins muttering to himself, glancing down at the building, then into a pouch on the side of his belt.

It seems they are frightened, and rightfully so. However, the coward has turned from the house, and the time to strike is now. I will provide a distraction so as to draw them to the house. Simell, you can have your blood bath. Mister, I imagine that goes double for you, though I would not be surprised if you took the meaning literally.

Dez smirks, and then coming into position, lets her arrows fly.
Initiative = 15

Surprise attack?
S: Longbow vs. warrior closest to window= 1d20+6=13
Unlikely hit, but if so, damage= 1d8=7
R1: Longbow vs. Priest= 1d20+6=25
Damage= 1d8=7
I just figured that they wouldn't be expecting a ranged attack, and that the priest wasn't saying anything to the warriors, but I can understand. Obviously just use my first attack since it's only fair, even if the second one was better  :p

They must be busy with personal things. I hear there are holidays a-foot. Of course, I don't celebrate Christmas, so most of my days are free, but I imagine everyone else will be busy; Somehow, it seems everyone will be back around the 5th, conveniently, so I wouldn't be surprised if things don't pick up until then. I've been playing a lot more tabletop D&D in the meantime, which is nice.

Hopefully we hear from AC and Ejo soon, though. I'd hate to have to have to start a new character in one of the other games*.

The beast growls and leaps out of the house, chasing after the warrior.
I have no idea how far he is. He's not in charging distance, I assume, so I'll just double move after him. We'll likely need a map after this initiative round. ;)
Mr Unlucky sniggers and follows Simell out the door, his rapier held ready and a dagger balanced to throw in his other hand.
