How are we handling Diplomacy? As-written, Madoc could make any intelligent creature he shares a language with beome at least indifferent to him as a standard action. I'm kind of thinking that won't actually happen, but I'd like to know what will.

It's required to make a character using the Warforged race. It's in the ECS, as a subheading under Warforged names.
