I'm pretty sure you don't get to mock the cosmo in the same episode you sing show tunes.

Another thing, it's freaking awesome listening to Meg while she's drunk, so it's up to you guys to limit her fluid intake (and thus her time in the bathroom) so that the rest of us can point and laugh longer.  Just in case you guys decide to do this again (no doubt next year).

Beyond that, awesome show.

I found this show entirely enjoyable and surprisingly only noticed the lack of gaming content when you attempted to inject gaming content into your hilarious banter.

Still, great fun.

Loved this episode guys. Get Meg drunk more often.

Yay Rage-a-Hol and Bombay Sapphire.
Sometimes, when I drive across the desert in the middle of the night, with no other cars around, I start imagining: What if there were no civilization out there? No cities, no factories, no people? And then I think: No people or factories? Then who made this car? And this highway? And I get so confused I have to stick my head out the window into the driving rain---unless there\'s lightning, because I could get struck on the head by a bolt.

This was a great episode. And yes, the uncut version would be very interesting to hear. If it was released I would drop whatever I was doing and listen to it twice.

Still trying to imagine the content that crossed the line, given the stuff that slid into the final cut.

If...  hmmm.

Nope, still trying to imagine.

If the uncut version is released, I will pledge to do a "drunken listening" in honour.

I now feel compelled to tell the story of how I discovered Scotch.

I was at a friend's party at his apartment, sitting on a bar stool.  Someone poured me a glass of Scotch.  I drank the Scotch.

Suddenly everything became very far away.

I wanted to go and talk to someone who was sitting on a couch a few feet away.  I started to get up from the bar stool but the Scotch said, "Oh, no, laddie, ye dinnae want to go all the way over there.  Look at how far away it is!  That's clean across the carpet, that is!  Stay here, it's much nicer!"

And I felt I had no choice but to obey.  Also, in all fairness, the bottle was much closer.

It occurred to me later that this is probably why some of the Scottish folks I've met are so loud when they talk.  BECAUSE EVERYTHING'S SO FAR AWAY!   :D

I'll do something with the uncut version.... but not sure yet.  Not sure how much of me I want to expose ;)
Can this be a poll?

actually I think there are probably a fair number of marriages like that...

Hate to be a wet blanket, but you guys are much funnier while drunk in person.  Perhaps that's because I'm usually drunk as well...

However, I do want to make a "Turd burglar".  Not sure why, since I certainly don't want to drink one.

I now feel compelled to tell the story of how I discovered Scotch.

My "First Scotch" I don't remember, for a very good reason.

I was about 2 or 3 and my parents were visiting friends, one had a good sized tumbler of scotch.  While no one was paying attention, I got thirsty and not knowing what it was, downed the whole glass...

I remember my first scotch.  It was like sucking a charcoal briquette through a sweat sock.  12 year Glenlivet.

I still do not like the smoke.

My second experience was with Scapa, not regular scotch.  I arrived at a new-years party at 11:30 and made the mistake of trying to "catch up."  About half a bottle of scapa in a half hour.  Kids do not do that at home.

I enjoyed the episode. However, I enjoy the on-topic episodes better when the hosts are more sober.  Drunken podcasting is ok once in a blue moon, for a bonus episode.

Finally got a chance to listen to this. It was like a whole episode of the Drink Check, so why would we be mad? No, this is obviously a sub-conscious homage to ASP, so of course we still love you.

And as your love of ASP is now so apparent, there will be no need to do a impartial, objective review of the show when you start doing podcast reviews. Nope, no need whatshowever. It's obvious you think we're teh Awesome.

I concur.
