I'm the one who moved them - I'm OK with them back in the Waiting Room, but two places is a bad idea.
(Oh, and no word on Duo?)
My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Tier 1: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything and the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Right!  I knew I forgot to do something!  Sorry Prime, I meant to add all the things to the waiting room when I was on the accout yesterday, but I only added your class and fixed Bauglir's (you didn't wait for him to confirm the confirmation, and he still wanted a tweak, but I fixed it).

So where are we going to keep the unchecked homebrews then? The Waiting Room or the Homebrew thread?

I vote waiting room, due to precedence (that's where unchecked gladiators go), but the homebrew thread is also a possibility.

btw....duo is a dvati, isn't that a Dragon race?

It's also in Dragon Compendium, which is a D&D book...

They have no listed LA, and are also a template, so all is good.

EDIT: Ninja'd
So you end up stuck in an endless loop, unable to act, forever.

In retrospect, much like Keanu Reeves.

Ah, good. Even when/if templates are allowed, I propose banning those. They're listed as LA+0 which is crap. :P

Yeah, we need to be careful when/if we allow templates.  there are a lot of really good balance-wise and awesome wise templates out there, but then there's Magic Blooded and Unseely Fey.
