Yep.  I just missed what they called him.  I had guessed it was him because he seemed to have a lot of authority in the company in season 2 or 3 or whenever.  Basically, I figured Bob was there from the beginning.

Yes, Linderman was in the flashback. As was the old gentleman who died in season 1. Midas touch was the annoying one... >< I dislike him in the flashback very much.

Thanks for posting, guys. I only missed half the episode. :)

Danko just said they had info on "hundreds of specials." Is this what they've started calling the super-powered people?

My guess is something to do with the shapeshifting, and his inability to control various aspects of himself.  Perhaps his "sweet spot" wasn't where Danko thought it was...

Edit:
It was also wierd to see Clint Howard's brief appearance on the show.  It's not that he's a big actor, but he's big enough that I wondered how much the show was going to use him.

Poor Hiro... guess they still needed to put a leash on him somehow, and it is a sensible leash at least.
Well, I was sort of right.  It looks like he deliberately moved it.

Yeah, I wasn't really upset when Nathan was killed, as I figured people will die occasionally.  Then they came up with that stupid suggestion to have Sylar live on as Nathan and I was pissed.  Then, after the show was over, I couldn't help but wonder why they didn't just use some of Claire's blood (good fridge logic there ;)).

That's the only thing that bugged me about it.  Noah knows about the qualities of Claire's blood, having experienced it first hand (or is he anaware of how he was saved?).  It just seems they have a much better solution, and they pick the stupid one that still leaves Nathan dead and Sylar alive.

Gah!!!
I'm right there with you Robbie
Noah's not a moron (usually). Mohinder told him how his life was saved. The only semi-plausible excuse was that they wanted to get rid of Sylar somehow...  That and maybe they didn't want Claire to see her dead dad. Who knows.  It was so frustrating though.

I think the thing that bothers me the most is THAT IT DIDN'T WORK!  I mean come on, they've spent 4 seasons explaining that Sylar's power to understand is part of his nature to be a PREDATOR. And seeing as how Nathan fixed that clock.... The change clearly isn't working as planned.
