Shaedof moves within 60 feet of the sentry under the cover of trees and bushes and uses his mindfuck ability on the orc.

The orc shudders as the magic from Shaedof passes over its body, shaking and nearly falling from the tree before he steadies, glares, and launches an arrow at the small kobold. The magic disrupted his aim, and his arrow fell well short, harming no one.

Eat this Sheadof says while he launches a crossbow bolt at the orc in the tree. after that he quickly uns for cover behind a tree while reloading his bow.

Shaedof's arrow streaks through the trees, parting the branches and catching the orc square in the eye, piercing it and striking it dead. The orc slips and falls from the branch, crashing to the ground with a loud thud.

More cries can be heard from the forest ahead, growing louder after the resounding crash of the orc. The enemies making them are not yet visible, but their passage through the underbrush is loud and approaching rapidly.

Roy cocks his ear, listening to the grumble and the shouts. It is hard to catch the differences amongst the trees, but there are perhaps three or five orcs coming for them, enough that he knows to be worried.

Roy also tries to hide himself, slightly more toward where the orcs are coming from than Shaedof, hoping to raise up and strike any orcs that Shadof can't mind fuck.

Shaedof is able to slide into the underbrush, making him all but invisible amidst the green branches. He gathers his magic within himself, staring out at where he expects the first of the orcs to come crashing through. Roy attempts the same, but his attempts are far less successful, and he is clearly visible when the orcs come crashing into the clearing.

They are spread out, a thin line of five crashing through the woods, hunting for the party. As they spot the party, they turn and begin to converge on Roy and the other visible party members. Suddenly, one stops dead, its brain frozen to a halt by the magic of Shaedof.

The first two orcs stop charge, staring at their frozen comrade. Roaring, each one pulls a javelin from a case across their shoulders, heaving the weapons at Shaedof. The weapons falls short, burying themselves in the ground.
