Cheers for the praise, and the fu, it really was a blast to write. Im glad I was able to capture the personalities well enough to make it seem authentic. I hope everyone is happy how their characters were represented and I think it makes a great base from which to start our party's adventures and build our reputation.

Awesome sauce was poured into that writing. FU4U!

P.S. We can just pretend that Marrock (Vala's animal companion) meets up with Vala after they leave town together or something.

Yeah, I figured it would be better if this was about principal characters, though I probably could have slipped in a comment from Vala that there was a dire wolf in her life :).
Im not sure how everyone would have taken that :D.

Galadedhel isn't easily shocked, and as an elf and a noble, he is fairly good at hiding his emotions.

But I do think he'd do a mental doubletake.

Stranger things have happened, that doesn't mean he's jaded to strangeness.

I think I G-fu'ed you last night, but I forgot to post it.  At any rate, that was awesome.  Just that I sing, not strum.

Ha ha, you know what? In my notebook I wrote that you sang a melody to inspire them, but changed my mind as I was writing since I just wasnt so sure, and musical ability with intruments were safer :D.
No worries, Ill edit that now.

It's good to see your writing grow, Vas. You have been going from strength to strength, and I wish you the best of luck with it. :D

Hopefully, I should be back to this whole posting thing soon - now that I have this thing called 'time to myself', or at least for a brief while...

Everything I learned about DnD I learned from Frank Trollman at The Gaming Den... but nowadays, my work space is the New DnD Wiki.

"Just what do you think the moon up in the sky is? Everyone sees that big, round shiny thing and thinks there must be something round up there, right? That's just silly. The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"

Since I havent done one of these things before, could someone fill me in on a few things like actually sticking something into a spoiler, rather than having the text then an empty spoiler box :)

For spoilers, just type "spoiler" without quotes inside []. Then type whatever goes in the spoiler and end it with "/spoiler", again inside [].
