Should be a level 5 rogue.  They are LA 0, correct?

I might be a tad bit late, I'll have up at least a close-to-final character sheet and a final non-crunch part of the character in time, at least, assuming a start of the 15th.

DMG standard starting wealth.  There won't be any limits save for power level in the gear.
