Building Rock Lee
« on: August 12, 2008, 10:42:58 AM »

Human monk (Decisive Strike variant) 2/swordsage 9/sohei 1/drunken master 3/kensai 5
Feats: Battle Jump, Combat Expertise, Distant Horizon, Expeditious Dodge, Falling Sun Attack, Great Fortitude

I can't figure out a way to knock enemies into the air, nor a way to get Greater Decisive Strike (it would be so much easier if swordsage counted as a psionic class...)
My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Tier 1: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything and the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
All Setting Sun throws can be used to throw a guy in any direction. (IE: 10ft away from you, in an empty space)

I think the sky counts as an empty space. :smirk

Hmm, you will need a Belt of Battle for a true initial lotus attack.

Swift: Trigger Belt of Battle (2 charges)
Standard: Comet Throw (+4d6 & prone for landing in the air lol)
Ready (standard, when they hit the ground): Death From Above.
Damage: [W]+10d6 & prone.

Edit - Anyone have a good gif of Rock Lee's Initial Lotus?

A higher level version might look like...
Swift: Trigger Belt of Battle (2 charges)
Standard: Ballista Throw
None (via stance of alacrity): Mirrored Pursuit
Full-Round: Feral Death Blow.
Damage: Death or [W]+32d6

Is there some way to convert a section of a video file to a gif animation without having to copy & paste every frame you want?

@Prime32, you should check out the Prime32's Battle Jump thread for ways to smack people around in the air.  :D
