A411:

On the combat maneuver section of Telekinesis it says: "Alternatively, once per round..." with no action listed(other than the action required to concentrate on the spell as normal).
So performing a combat maneuver-which becomes a full attack with the class feature in question-does not require any additional action other than concentrating, but can still be done only once per round per spell. So it would appear you can make as many full attacks as telekinesis spells you are concentrating on.

Multiple telekinesis spells: function normally when they have different targets, but because of magic stacking rules, if two spells of the same name share the same target, the effects overlap and only the most recent applies.
The kicker: there is no way to tell from the text whether the most recently cast spell or the spell most recently targeting the creature/object has priority; both interpretations are fair.
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

Which means concentrate on one TK and you can full attack with a weapon. Then full attack again with whatever you're holding. Awesome.

Should be fun with Gishes :D

Leading me to Q415:
What options are there to concentrate on a spell as a Swift or possibly Free action?

A415a: Sonorous Hum, from Spell Compendium. The Extraordinary Concentration feat from Complete Adventurer, and I think there's a Skill Trick from Complete Scoundrel that'll let you do it for one round. Also, Familiar Concentration feat (Lost Empires of Faerun?) There's got to be more, though.

Q416: Is it possible to Trip with Evard's Black Tentacles?

Q417: Is it possible to cast Spells with somatic components while in a grapple, if you have cast "Graz'zt's Long Graps" [Bovd, p96] beforehand?

Q416: Is it possible to Trip with Evard's Black Tentacles?
A416: No. The spell does exactly what it says it does, and that's all.

omg. I meant PIN. not trip. me stupid -_-

the corrected Q416 would be then

Q416: Is it possible to pin an already grappled foe with Evard's Black Tentacles.
Q416A: The Spell states one should treat the tentakles as a large creature with a BAB equal your Casterlevel. Would it get multiple grapple attempts if the casterlevel is 6 or higher?

That's alot more interesting question. :D

Quote
Black Tentaclesa grapple check, opposed by the grapple check of the tentacles. Treat the tentacles attacking a particular target as a Large creature with a base attack bonus equal to your caster level and a Strength score of 19. Thus, its grapple check modifier is equal to your caster level +8. The tentacles are immune to all types of damage.

Once the tentacles grapple an opponent, they may make a grapple check each round on your turn to deal 1d6+4 points of bludgeoning damage
Since it says "a grapple check", I'd say no, they only get to try and grapple each creature within the area once per round. If the creature successfully defends against that grapple check, they are free to move through the area at half speed ungrappled. If they fail, they are grappled and take damage. The second sentence also says that they just make grapple checks to do damage each round, not try to pin or anything else.

Q417: Are there any ways to pick up either Track or Skill Focus (Handle Animal) as bonus feats via magical locations or something (basically anything will do, as long as it doesn't involve dipping into another class or using one of your normal slots)?

A 419: I'd say so.  After all, it vanishes after the duration's over, doesn't it?

Q 420: If you cast reincarnate on a familiar, what happens?  Does it roll on the normal reincarnate table?  Do you still keep the original familiar bonus even if it has a new body, or what?

A 420 a) No. You'd need to create a different table for animals/magical beasts (not sure which the familiar will be once dead).
b) No. You need to wait a year and redo the ritual.

Q421:

Tome of Battle, prefered weapons of the different schools.
Do maneuver from a particular school need a corresponding prefered weapon to execute?
That is, can I for example, make a Flashing Sun with a Warhammer?

The only thing I've seen regarding prefered weapons are some notes regarding specific maneuvers.

421b: Likewise, (the heart of the matter), can I use a Rapiers whilst using Stormguard Warriors Channel the Storm?

A421: Favored weapons have few mechanical effects. You can certainly initiate any maneuver you choose while wielding any melee weapon. The major effects are the Blade Meditation feat, the Swordsage's first Discipline Focus ability, and restricting a few of the schools' associated feats. All relevant feats say "while you wield a favoured weapon of School X" somewhere in their description. Stormguard Warrior requires you to be proficient in at least one of the discipline's favoured weapons, but doesn't restrict the weapons you may use with it. Shards of Granite, on the other hand, requires favoured weapons for all three maneuvers, and this is noted in the feat's benefit text.

b) really?  "A slain familiar can be raised from the dead just as a character can be, and it does not lose a level or a Constitution point when this happy event occurs."

A slain or dismissed familiar cannot be replaced for a year and day. A slain familiar can be raised from the dead just as a character can be, and it does not lose a level or a Constitution point when this happy event occurs.

The way I see it, you can't 'replace' a familiar by getting a new one, for a year and a day. Raising one is no problem however.

And this probably isn't what you're looking for, but it's fun at least.
