Psychic Robot (the poster) noticed the wording of Lurk Ranged allowed all of those abilities on a non-regular Lurk.
Thought Bottle + Psychic Chiurgery = all powers up to level 6.
Kinda makes the Lurk, a special weird psionic bard of sorts.

Uncanny Trickster 2 / Legacy Champion 2 / Bloodlines 3 and Lurk Master feat, are the only excellerants of the Lurk abilities.

There was a minor rules debate, about a year ago, regarding the 1st level sneak attack ability. Seems someone asked custserve or even Sage, about whether it could be used at level 1 at all. The answer was no. That answer was stupid.
That answer was a momentary lapse into anti-min/maxing by whomever it was, with the intent being to
nerf that big mean terrible Lurk, to keep it from destroying games via it's nastyness. Um, no. The Lurk's sneak attack can't be used as often as a Rogue's. Nuf said.
