The title says it all.  Specifically from a potion or oil of vigor or lesser vigor.

It works just like on anything else. It's one of the things I seek out on my Warforged characters.

Fast healing works normally on anything that's a creature.

Regen only works on living creatures.

Both work on warforged.

What is the most extreme  fast healing a warforged (or any character I guess) can get? i.e. maximise x in fast healing x.

Oh never mind, i just saw combat vigor + 3 other combat focus feats give fast healing 4.  looks good enough to me... :-)

Tarrasque Renegade Mastermaker 10 has regen 40 and is a warforged.
