[3.P] Martial Artist - my personal, simple Monk and Ninja fix

It's just a simple Monk//CAd Ninja gestalt plus conversion to PF. My objective was to make it at least tier 4, which is fine with me, but I won't complain if it somehow reaches tier 3 (but I doubt that). Of course in my games normal Monks and Ninjas will now be something like NPC classes. The Martial Artist is for PCs and bosses only.
Note that this is supposed to be played in combination with this houserules.
I'm considering adding another class to this, but don't know which would add something worthwhile and be similar fluff-wise. Rokugan Ninja was suggested by Lans. I'll check it out, but where can I find it?

Please comment. Suggestions on how make it tier 3 without too much tinkering are also welcome.
