A bit.  I need to drop a couple pounds.  My medically determined ideal weight is 220, I'm close to 300 right now.  But I'm moving in the right direction, I've lost 35 pounds in the last 4 months.  I've found it easier to lose weight ever since going off the antipsychotics, those things made me feel stoned all the fucking time.

I have a club for this thing too, feel free to join it. My muscle mass is very determined not to increase, but jiu-jitsu, soccer and running are not the best ways to increase it anyway... Swimming works wonders on the shoulders and abdomen though.
