The Ghostbreaking Psionic Undead-Slayer.
« on: October 08, 2011, 10:24:14 PM »
so far i have human paragon 1/ egoist 1/ human paragon 2-3/ egoist 2/ ghostbreaker 1-5/ slayer 1-10.  for a pretty solid ml 18, bab 18.

going to be doing the psycrystal feat battery thing, (will include transdimensional power) so my feats are pretty good.

i already know i am taking psianimate dead from hyperconscious. *im looking for any other powers that will have an undead controlling/destroying edge.*

the psianimate dead may seem strange. he is going to be kinda malkonvoker-ish in that im going to have him animate a big strong undead skeleton or zombie as his own tank.. and keep it fully armored/ big hooded cloak etc...  so that people cant tell what it really is.  *i will need some more ideas on how to hide truth about this thing more efficiently* also.

sad that the stygian powers suck in comp psi, because that is the dark type of thing i see for him...

Well, Psianimate Dead doesn't create skeletons or zombies.  It animates much better minions (retain almost everything but class levels).  Enjoy that.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea.

If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit.  See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

well, yes. absolutely that is better because it retains ex abilities... but still, they would look undeadish so the need to disguise/hide that fact still remains.

the site athas.org has a few necromancy powers. which site is the 100% official 3.x darksun repository, as per the wotc licensing agreement. which means all athas.org created material is acknowledged to be of equal legitimacy and "official-ness" as any other sourcebook published by wotc.

nijineko would you be able to point out where they are please?  I've got a similar character at the moment (morally ambiguous hunter of the supernatural) and would love some more necromancy themed powers.

Just had a scan through the Setting book (one necromantic themed blasting power: 3rd Level Egosist/Psychic Warrior - Death Field, do negative energy damage) and Lifeshapers (nothing) and about to look through Wisdom of the Drylanders.

Stronghearted halflings do not exist.

hmmmm. i remember running across what i recall as a few powers... i hope i didn't mis-recall. there is also the grim psion from mind's eye, as well as another prestige that is undead themed. here is a master list i found courtesy of awaken... look to the last few posts for the latest update.

I'm sure he'll be along any minute. He's definitely got an eye in the sky here on BG!

I dare anyone to find a hole in that logic.
