It's not technically Time Travel. More like, premonition of what could happen. Think of it as quantom mechanics, in a Power form.
Read, every day, something no one else is reading. Think, every day, something no one else is thinking. Do, every day, something no one else would be silly enough to do. It is bad for the mind to be always part of unanimity.

nice thing about psionics is that a power of a given level stays that level even when augmented. overchannel + talented + level 3 or below powers = boost manifestor and pp level cap with no damage.

Doesn't that also mean it's easier to dispel too if there's transparency?

Dispelling is based on CL/ML, not power or spell level.

I dare anyone to find a hole in that logic.

Hmm. That makes me wonder why the DM always asks us what level a spell/power we're putting up, and makes a note of it.

That affects saving throws and blocking via Resilient Sphere and the like. And then there are items and feats and such that affect specific levels of effects, like arcanist gloves, rods of absorption, and similar.

Nothing to do with dispelling. You might want to ask your DM what's up there.

From Dispel Magic:
You make a dispel check (1d20 + your caster level, maximum +10) against the spell or against each ongoing spell currently in effect on the object or creature. If you succeed on a particular check, that spell is dispelled; if you fail, that spell remains in effect.
I bet it has to do with Globe of Invulnerability.

On the upside, you get extra benefits from metamagic rods and gloves of the arcanist for your low-level powers.
