zook - just pick a easier monster  :P

i'm more confused about some the monsters having slightly different abilities that what they normally have, and some of the abilities have been changed.  obviously some for the enhancement of the game. just confusing ;)

can i play an awakened Gambol? even though its not on the list?

what about a sharn from the Anarouch book

It's been converted already

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Hmm I guess its better then I was imagining haha. I just laughed though cause you said it was all confusing, and I imagined a sharn being somewhat complicated to make

I've changed my mind. Instead of War Hulk, I am going to go Kensai. The Ride skill seems out of place, even for a normal Kensai. Would Tumble be a suitable replacement (going off of the Cityscape trade Ride for Tumble as a class skill)? And because we're evil, could I swap Diplomacy for Intimidate?

I think I'll leave Mindsight to the level 9 feat slot so as to keep my feat chain intact. So for now, I believe I'm completely done. Might be a couple areas I need to tweak if I've forgotten some modifier somewhere, but it's effectively all complete.

edit: Will retraining later be allowed?

If you catch up some break time, yes, as long as they aren't bonus feats.

Yes to the first, not to the second. You can still use diplomacy if you're evil, kinda like "honorable" villain or "cult leader" that draws people to its side.

Pit Fiend class would be ok. :p

Nice that you reminded me, had an important detail to point out. You also count assimilated armor and shields penalties. So altough tecnically you can assimilate mechanus armor and a tower shield, they'll be inflicting the usual penalties of slowing you down, armor check penalty, limited dex and penalty to attacks from the tower shield.

Everything else looks ok.

The other big one was the anaxim
Also good to go.

Oslecamo: I assume that the bonus to natural armor only applies in the mindstealer drone's true form and not while using change shape.  Is that correct?  I also corrected his size on the character sheet.

Everyone: Comments/concerns regarding Tenth?  I know he's not a melee monster, but opinions and suggestions would be welcome.

Your BAB looks a little high considering the mix of classes you've taken, but I enjoy the description under personality. :)

This may be a stupid question, but I wanna be sure. If our character changes size through the racial class, do we use this chart to adjust stats?

Mine's pretty much finished, but I just can't decide on what feats to pick. My hag doesn't really look like a melee powerhouse, but she's not a spellcaster either (not yet at least, as she hasn't vivisected anyone except Igor). Does anyone have an idea?

Sheet for my hag: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=332367
Sheet for my sidekick: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=332673

I have the full story for this dynamic duo in my head, but haven't had the chance to write it down, as I have two deadlines for this weekend. You can expect it Saturday.

Thanks.

Tenth has full BAB thanks to his Absorb Abilities and Psychic Combine racial abilities coupled with a Pseudodragon.  One of the options gives you full BAB if the creature you absorb had it.  Creatures of the dragon type have full BAB and all good saves (which Tenth also uses for +4 to all saves).

Another way to make a Mindstealer Drone would be to take a full BAB class for two levels and go into Warshaper rather than the psionic route I took.  It gets you many of the Warshaper goodies all the time, coupled with bonuses from Absorb Abilities while using Change Shape.  I went to Ardent route to get Mindsight through the telepathy granted by Mindbender.

Ah, I was at work when I replied so I didn't bother to check your racial abilities.

That's pretty sick. :D

By the way, you can read about one of the inspirations for my character concept here: http://americanfolklore.net/folklore/2010/07/the_white_lady.html
