I offer my services as a DM here, since this is a great oportunity to playtest monster classes.
Character creation rules for those interested.
[spoiler]
System: D&D 3.5
Party size: 4-6 players.
Forums to be used: www.plothook.net because I'm already running a couple campaigns there.
Starting level: 8
Gear:Standard wealth by level, no spending more than 1/2 your WBL in a single item, no pre-game crafting unless it's something really essential to you.
Sources:All 3.5 books under the sun allowed (but no dragon magazine as I simply don't have easy acess to it). Homebrew material is ok after being reviewed by me (my homebrew of course being automatically aproved). I reserve myself the right to ban certain combinations or specific items I may find too cheesy. Also Oriental Adventures and Arms and equipment guide wich are technically 3.0 but work just fine in 3.5
Alignment:You can be any alignment as long as you're willing to work in a team.
Stats:32 point buy.
HP:Maximum HP at 1st level, then either roll or take average.
Extras:This rules for diplomacy.
Flaws and traits allowed as in the srd (aka up to two flaws and one trait, and you can only pick flaws/traits from the srd list)

Now another thing to decide would be the setting/adventure, which I'm a little unsure what to run. Any particular preference? You want to go on "regular" questing, sandbox on Eberron/Forgoten Realms(with some tweaks of mine of course), or be villanous monsters that terrorrize cities and scheme country/world conquest?
