Raonazak "Rao the Dragon"/"Demon Child Rao" Balar, Pyroclastic dragon in the service of  the Lichlord.
He has never inquired as to how or when the Lichord obtained him, only knowing that he is a prized, rare pet of the Lich. Loyal and eager to prove himself, Rao has a respect for the art of violence and destruction that has always kept him in his master's favor. A brutal, beastly combatant, Rao had learned at an early age to maintain a smaller, human form, so as to please his master and not get in the way. However, he has come to like that form better than his massive body, and often executes missions with this form, thus gaining himself the name of "Demon Child Rao." He has a profound lack of interest in the war and his past; so long as he can serve well and sow violence, Rao could care less if the world burned.

He has a patient, but simple attitude towards his goals, and has vicious sadistic tendencies, much like a young predator toying with it's food for practice. He isn't young comparatively, but is still rather juvenile for a dragon, and his relative isolation in his master's mountains hasn't helped him mature. Because of this, he has an adult's experiences with a child's attitude towards them, and usually comes off like a child who is old beyond his years (right before he kills people). He maintains a familial attitude towards the other monsters who are employed by or belong to his master, and has a sibling rivalry with any living-weapon-type monsters similar to him.
He just needs to decide on his equipment, things like "if armor doesn't make sense for a being who is a size:large friggin dragon, what do I do?" Also things like, "do I rely NEED a ring of spellbattle/amulet of mighty blows, is it worth the price, or is it just for the lulz?" You know, the usual when you're making yourself a dragon.

Should I also make a character sheet for my abducted child or will you do that yourself, Oslecamo?

Armors can be custom-built for dragons of any size just like barding, but they won't fit your humanoid form. Plus whitout actual proficiencies it may end up hindering more than helping.

You can do it yourself, but I reserve myself the right to edit anything I think too cheesy on it for a minion.

First time for me using something Leadership-like, so I have to ask: does my infant have average stats or PB?

Here is what he told me:

Also an important detail, your cohort is an NPC, and thus gets elite array of stats base and not the PC point buy

Almost done, just debating swapping two feats and finishing fluff text.
A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Almost done with feats, and equipment shouldn't take long. Should be done this evening.

Man... I'm having a really hard time choosing what form I want my weapon/cohort to take. Since I'll have a warblade level and EWP, I might just give it the Morphing property... but I still need to choose a base form (and it would be nice not to feel like I need the morphing quality...). I'd like it to be flavorful, but still good.

I'm very tempted by the tigerskull club, as it is a 1-handed exotic bludgeoning weapon (so good for Greater Mighty Whallop, and Exotic Weapon Master Str x2 damage), and you can also trip with it. It fits thematically quite well too, I think.

Another one I'm quite tempted by is the sharktooth staff from Savage Species. 2d6 20/x3, and you basically get Improved Grab with it. If you successfully start a grapple, you can choose to automatically damage the enemy on subsequent rounds without making attack rolls, which is quite nice (maybe too nice). I wonder if I could also bite them while grappling/damaging them with the staff, too. Honestly the mechanics of this weapon don't make a lot of sense, but it is cool and fits the savage vampire theme quite well. We might need to modify/tone down/clarify it, though.

There are several others I've considered, but I think I've narrowed it down to those two.

Here's how I read it:
-Gives you Improved Grab, but only against medium or smaller enemies.
-On subsequent rounds it deals normal weapon damage once, aka just the base+enanchment damage, whitout Str mod or any feats. So 2d6 per round plus whatever damage-boosting enanchments you gave it, may have been too powerful back at lower levels, but at 8, I don't see much trouble with it. You still need to hold the grapple and are exposing yourself to other oponents.

Well, at first glance seems fine. I like how you baptized it. :p

Players are finishing sheets, but besides the one who started this thread, still nobody has an assured place. If you can get a good sheet done on the next hours, you may still have a shot.

Which reminds me.

Everybody please include some measure of background/personality description on your sheets. I'm not asking for a compositon, but just a couple of lines won't cut it either. :)

Could I also make grapple checks to pin and bite them, after I've started the grapple with the staff? If so... then my decision is made, because that's just awesome. :D

Yeeeep, which is why I was going for items that WOULD reasonably resize to my smaller form, like amulets which just hang around my neck, or magic rings. Equipping larger-than-medium monsters is a bitch! I mean, I'll mostly be in my cover-form anyways, but still...

Hrm... technically, I don't cast spells, so I normally can't use wands without UMD, which this dragon doesn't have. But I DO have arcane SLAs. Does this mean a wand of mage armor is out? The last of my gold is seriously for defensive items, then aside from adding character to the small write-up I already have, he's done.

You could just get someone else to use the wand for you. I'm going to stick at least 1 cross-class rank in UMD. With some boosters, it isn't hard to hit the DC 20 required to activate wands semi-reliably.

SLAs alone aren't enough to qualify for wand usage. But like Phaedrus sugests, you can ask the friendly neighbourhood gelatinous cube wizard for some help.

Says the character that can add Str to skills and then further boost them up with blood charges. :p

Exactly. :p I'm gonna need a pretty steady supply of blood, I'm realizing, though...  :smirk

We have a tarrasque, so there's that. I assume he has regeneration, even if I know he doesn't.   ;)

So yeah, if one of you would be so kind, I'll just grab a wand an not have to worry about barding or shit. Of course, I WOULD be relying on mage armor and no real items of weight with a character who has a light carry load of 150 lbs, going to 300+ next level...

Hoho he's not geting off so easy. The vampire class specifically needs to drain Con from victims to get the charges

:D There are two large creatires who presumably do not consume fodder, there will be victims. Oh yes, there will be blood.

And equipping a dragon is a bitch unless this is an actual rule, come this campaign. Would it be unreasonable to assume magic items resize themselves, when I warp between forms? Yeah, the wings would mean no shirts unless they were like harnesses (wow, winged child wearing harnesses.... this could get weird fast...), and boots would have to be some sandal or something...
