Actually, i read about the runestaff and it is said that it's fuelled via arcane magic. Is there somewere an errata or something which said that divine magic can fuel it also?
I think you could use it if you had the Magic domain, as half your levels count as wiz/sorc levels. I don't think it specifices that you have to sacrifice arcane spell slots to fuel it, does it?
Heh, I just checked the book...it *does* say you have to sacrifice arcane spells/slots.

DOMAIN STAFFS
A domain staff allows its wielder to use his own divine energy to generate magical effects. Each domain staff holds the nine spells associated with a particular cleric domain.
By expending a prepared divine spell or divine spell slot, the wielder can "cast" a spell of the same level or lower from the runestaffs list, as long as that spell also appears on the wielder's divine class spell list (including his domain lists, if any).
Again, why bother UMDing normal staffs when you can UMD these and then apply DMM?
Also, Persisting Time Stop may not work. I heard 2 rulings on that.
1) Time Stop's duration is virtual time, but the spell is really instantaneous and can't be persisted.
2) Time stop gives you 1D4+1 rounds and lasts for 24 hours. So you are frozen in time and get a round every few hours.
