A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.
...thanks

Mialgru Kobold Shapeshifter.

Male N Divine Minion of Thoth Desert Kobold MoMF1//LA +1, Level 1, Init +1, HP 13/13, Speed 30ft

Abilities Str 17 (4), Dex 12 (13), Con 15 (20), Int 22, Wis 17, Cha 18

Background:
Mialgru was an old Kobold when he discovered his powers. He was content to die, and as all the old kobolds from his tribe did, he left his tribe to go to the lands of shadow, were all of them went to die. He wandered alone, but as he sat there, among the ruins of his peoples greatness, among the skeletons half-buried in the sand, he had what seemed to be a flutter of a birds wing.

He dug a bit down, and found an old pyramid, as he explored it, he found a messenger of Thoth, offering him a second chance of life, if he would cast everything, his people, his race and everything from him, he accepted. Finding that Thoth was a deity from far off, that had sent him this power in an attempt to gain worshippers in Midkemia.

Mialgru then became a mercenary, fighting in forms varying from a gnoll, to a human warrior. He often prefers the wilderness to civilization, but he has found his powers versatile enough that he makes do everywhere he goes.
Beorn Silvershadow and his spellbook

Portrait:

Background:
Beorn was born into one of the many elven tribes that roamed the Jal-Pur desert, and he soon realized that he was different. His skin was darker and warm to the touch, and he showed little skill with either the horse, the bow or the scimitar. All the little Beorn wanted was to know; and especially to know why. As he grew, he kept hearing the phrase 'blood of the makers'  whispered by the elders about him. The makers, or dragons as they called themselves were great serpentine flying beings that the desert tribes worshiped as gods. One day, one of them asked Beorn to come with him. Since he had never really felt at home among his fellow tribesmen, he agreed.

Kyanthagorax (or Kyan for friends) was an old and wise brass dragon, who found great pleasure into Beorn's inquisitive mind and lust for knowledge and they could spend hours and even days talking. After some time passed and Kyan thought him ready, the dragon brought word about Bahamut, a dragon deity from another place, whose emissaries had made their way to Midkemia and revealed themselves to a few select and very wise dragons. Beorn ended up embracing the teachings of Bahamut and was reborn as a new and, as he thought, better being, to the glory of the platinum dragon.

Bahamut was not the only god from far away that had made his way to Midkemia. A new power was awaking in an old, forgotten temple not very far from Kyan's lair, so Beorn, with his unquenchable lust for knowledge, went to investigate. He found little proof of any foreign god but he did meet a pair of kobold brothers of draconic blood and a dwarven statue that had come to life. Only later, after they had gained each other's trust, did one of the kobolds tell him that a messenger of a god called 'Thoth' had indeed been in the temple.

Jax

Dark Catfolk Mystic Ranger//Scout

Background/personality will go here.
Jax is a bit arrogant and perhaps racist.  These traits often are horribly compounded by his unfamiliarity and unconcern generally with learning what passes for social graces among humans and other races.

A Ranger Scout in the Order of the Way: In his homeland Jax is a Protector, a sworn member in his Order which is dedicated to the protection of his peoples from the evils that plague the land.  As a Ranger Scout he was trained to be a first line of defense.  As a member of the Way he was trained more in the ways of magics than other Rangers.

The Court: The Court of his homeland is a Fey Court and his homeland is heavily populated by various sylvan races.  Fey Magics bind the words of those dealing with the court and its minions and thus the concept of a signed contract is both foreign and nonsensical.

Respect for the Elderly:  Among his people the elderly are held in particular esteem and this cultural feature has a very strong impact on how he relates to even elders of other races.  In the clans one usually does not reach old age without a great measure of intellect and physical prowess.  Much to his disgust he is not finding that holds true to the same degree for other races.  But, until proven otherwise he tries to give the respect that age has earned.

Cace Brone, Tiefling Sellsword for Hire

Still needs equipment and feats, though that's just down to logistics and time. Will fill in once I have some time.

Tork

Here is the questions:
Can I delay taking feats?
I took the Dark templete it says that you do not have to be Evil to take this templete.  Is it ok?
Do I need to have a background for this char?

I am delaying my feats for Entangling Exhalation from "Races of Dragon" page 101
I need a breath weapon and I do not get my breath weapon until 4th lvl.

Background:

My clan lived deep in the earth and somekind of dark force tainted me when I was young.  I grow up with this dark force which is the dark templete that giving me new ability the clan declared me a outcast and I was forced to leave the clan.  I now live in the human lands looking for work and adventure.

Thank you for

You can't save feats for later use, but you can retrain at level four.  If you are taking the LA as the -1 to everything it applies to saves, attack bonus, skill checks, ability checks(initiative), caster level and etc.  You can also apply it to just one side of the gestalt if you want and be a swordsage or dragon shaman on one side and dark on the other side and then buy it off normally to get both sides to the same level.
