Q 244: Hair-brained idea that just struck me; don't know legalities.  One of the ED's gifts of the divine gives them a bonus to all [evil] and [chaos] spells.  Would that interact the way I'm wanting it to with the Abyssal Heritor feat that I'm remembering which gives any spell the [chaotic] descriptor x times/day?

Which only procs on a crit. To clarify, I am looking at an enemy who has more than 5 ranks in balance, can see through concealment, and has uncanny dodge. Basically, is there any way to SA someone like Olidammara? Any character level or source, can it be done? Or is telling blow the only way?

Paralyze him?  Stun him?  Although as a diety Olidmarra is immune to those, others may not be.

If you have room in your build, there is a feat out of Dragons of Eberron to grant you Alternate Form.

Also, still no response on my Q249 -- does the Metamagic Item infusion qualify for Persistent Spell?  No, because its range is "touch", right?
