Q58: Does a undead character get bonuses and/ or penalties for aging?
An undead creature do not age; the Libris Mortis goes on about this though I don't remember which page(s). Although, said creature could have aged before embracing undeath. This way it could keep this "modifier."
Q59:superior unarmed strike(ToB) gives you unarmed damage of 2d6 at the 20ith level. Does this scale with size?
FTFY.
And yes.
Q60: Is it possible to apply Boomerang Daze to an aptitude axe and then use Whirling Blade? If yes, would you also get the attack bonus of Snowflake Wardance?
Yes*2.

Q61: Would it be considered cheese to get a +1 sizing necklace of natural weapons (unarmed strike), so 7,600 gp, to be the size you damn want whenever you want?

This got me thinking... Q62: How does this interacts w/ other silly enhancements like Morphing or w/e? ??? Not sure this specific enhancement does anything here though, but oh wellz.

Depends entirely on your DM.  I wouldn't consider it cheese, since the folks that care about size changes frequently need it.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

The necklace of natural weapons doesn't apply to unarmed strikes unless you're a monk, but otherwise I don't think it'd be broken.

If Magic Fang and Magic Weapon (and their greater counterparts) are to be believed, the intent was that unarmed strikes are natural weapons. Even the description of unarmed strikes in the SRD makes a distinction between the damage they do and weapon damage (which presumably refers to what we call manufactured weapon damage).

Unarmed strikes are listed as simple weapons under Weapons in the PHB, and they aren't listed at all under Natural Weapons in the glossary of the MM. Those spells are the only place that I've seen refer to natural weapons, and I would argue that the weight of the rest of the rules outweighs those specific spells.

So you could presumably cast Magic Weapon *and* Magic Fang and benefit from both. That seems excessive, and I'd probably say that they can count as either manufactured or natural, whichever is more beneficial for you at the time, but that'd be a houserule. Note that this doesn't apply to UA Strikes that are done by non-monks.

They both give an enhancement bonus, so they don't stack anyway.

A62: Enemies with blindsense/sight can show up really early, but are relatively uncommon. Ideally you'd want to get it by 9th or so, as that's when you start running into a lot of enemies who can ignore Hide/Move Silently. 15th is a little late, but better late than never.

I still can't get over how there's two Simple Question threads going on at once.

Q 63 Is there a way to resize armor? Case in point, character recently became permanently large-size and now his armor doesn't fit him anymore. There's a sizing property for weapons, but there doesn't seem to be one for armor.

I'd use craft (armoursmithing) to have it resized.  You'd be paying for an increase in the base cost of the armour but that's still cheaper than a sizing enhancement.

The problem is that was suggested, but it got turned down hard because you can't just make armor bigger if it's already been made.

Q 64: Are wands created with CL of the creator, or with minimum CL for the spell?

Normally the minimum CL, but the creator can increase it up to his own CL, but has to pay more.

Q65: How does the Metamorphosis power interact with grafts? Does it depend on what creature you change into? Or do they not count as items at all? Here's the relevant part of the power:

Quote

I'm suspecting they go away, but I don't have the books for any of the grafts so I'm wondering.

Q 66 I know that small and medium weapons are at cost, and large weapons are twice as much, but what about tiny weapons? Like those you get off of sprites and tiny fey.

well, the table on p129 of the PHB may be a good baseline guide.
while it may be explicitly meant for armor, I really can't see any reason why it couldn't apply to everything.

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

Q67: Ways to add armor AC to touch AC? (and by armor I mean an actual armor worn by a character, not buffs, spelles or bracers.)
[Spoiler]
His old DM was on crack. He could take levels in freaking Dread Necromancer if he wanted to and no rule in the universe would keep him from doing so.
Rule 0?
Which, I guess, would be 'no rule,' since none = 0.
What's funny is he always brings up Rule 0. I actually had to ask him what that was, and without blinking an eye he gave me the most detailed explanation I'd ever heard for a rule. It was like he was in a trance when he spoke. Looking it up, it just said "The unspoken DM gets final say/veto anything he wants rule."
You're such a kind man, for taking in abused unfortunates and rehabilitating them.

There's the deflective armor feat (Races of Stone).  Note that it only works on heavy armor, only works when you have psionic focused, requires the heavy armor optimization feat, and requires you to be psionic.

Also, gnome twistcloth (Races of Stone), wilder, and ghost ward (Magic Item Compendium) have related effects.
