What does a 3rd level DMM Persist Cleric keep up?

I have 3 spells I can have up right now. What do you recommend? I'm using Eagle's Splendor to get one of the spells, so I will only have one 2nd level spell available. My domains are Planning and Undeath. I'll need to be in the thick of things tanking and DPS'ing. My thoughts are:

Level 1:
Bramble
Divine Favor

Level 2:
Bull's Strength (My strength is currently 10)
Aid

What am I missing?

So your DM is letting you count "touch" as a fixed range? The 3.0 FAQ said that you couldn't persist touch spells.

Do you have Knowledge Devotion? Lore of the Gods is a good one, if so. It gives you a +10 to your knowledge checks.

I have been searching all morning for a thread about DMM Persist on what can be used and what can't. Fixed or personal is kind of ambiguous to me. Fixed confuses me.

Please Check my sig for a list of adequate spells.  Fixed range is just that for example:   Range: 60 ft  not Range: 60ft+10ft/level or Range: Touch since Touch range depends on size and the like.

The argument is old. It is up to the DM.

I personally like Lesser Vigor, as my group considers touch to be a "fixed range".

Thanks for the link. It sounds like we're going to include ranged: Touch.

Edit:

So I'm playing in about 10 minutes. Right now going for:

Talons (Dragon Lance Campaign Setting) - Level 1, grants two 1d6 claws
Lore of the Gods (Complete Champion) - Level 2, grants +10 to Knowledge checks (I have Know Devotion)

I'm still debating it. I'm the only one in my party that this affects and I support the FAQ, but my group uses... flawgic.
