The name of the game is manipulation of space, time, and actions.  This is meant more as a compilation for integration into the handbook, especially to ensure I don't miss any elephants in the room (as I am wont to do).  Preliminary list, as I have limited time at the moment :

There are several time travel spells in the Dragonlance books. I think most are in the Legend's campaign guide. I'll try and look those up when I get a chance later.
Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.
Retire the character before the DM smacks you with the Table as the book will feel totally inadequate now.-Hazren

Anima Mage capstone power is described as using the vestiges to  :fu time & space.

Plus it's a good class, which you can enter by not losing caster levels and gaining binder levels for free with Bind Vestige/Improved Bind Vestige.

Do class features and/or TOB maneuvers that grant rerolls qualify?

Looking at the list Travel Devotion certainly fits.

Perinarch and Planar Perinarch (both Spell Compendium).  Hard to get much more serious reality-altering and manipulation of space than those two, even if the uses end up being sort of niche.  Planar Bubble should probably be there as well.

Also, Nerveskitter might qualify under "manipulation of space, time and actions", although it's a stretch.

Abusing the fact the Prime Material natives in the Far Realms return at the time they left, and vice versa for Far Realms natives, is a quite useful time travel method, and was used by the Monty build to have a guy who basically presses a reset button whenever your character experiences something non-optimal.

Not sure if Plane Shift suffices for travelling to/from the Far Realms.

Found Vestigial Twin in DMG II I think, the LA +5 trait?  Added all that to the original post...Ironically it's looking like a psi-adapted Anima Mage with 4 levels of Incantatrix (via Magic Mantle) and Subverted Psion (assuming it can metapower like the TS can metamagic) might be the top of the food chain, here.  Persistent Unfettered Heroism gives nonstop access to the wonder that is Immediate Magic, only without the level restrictions or requirement of not being flat footed.  Will research this more...I'm currently compiling the sources for all this, and to answer Prime, there are a few homebrew/DSP items I'd like to add, notable the DSPSRD (yeah, it's THAT good IMO) and a specific PrC by ErrantX once I find it again.  Also the rewrite of the Swiftblade as a psionic class would be nice to add, as generally DM's that allow the normal one aren't Psi-tarded.

Ok, got the first post alphabetized completely (I think), now to put source tags on them, and then set ratings for each one.  First question, I only ever saw Vestigial Twin I think as a LA +5 from DMG II.  Is that the one you were refering to, Prime?
