I don't know about that, he lists the Half-Orc stat adjustments as being worth -3pts while WotC think they're even.

So it doesn't seem like that was his intent, though I don't really know.

I do agree with the opinion of the Half Orc as an underpowered race, but he's dead-on with Kobolds being strong. Wizards doesn't seem to understand that, so I guess the two are about even.

You are missing the Dragonwrought feat trick for kobolds, which is pretty much standard. And of course the online enhancement which gives them a caster level and such....
