Add monk, add flurry, pump damage dice... congratulations, you now have a flying phallus attack. Go ahead and add sizing and try to argue that it's a double weapon. Leap Attack and Shock Trooper to hammer them into the ground, uh...

The problem with this is that it involves tearing your own penis off.

But otherwise, yeah, pretty cool.  I think I'd rather go with a rocket punch myself, though.

Hey, I'm all for real and fictional penis abuse.  I'll beat it, choke it, leave it out exposed to the elements, accidentally sit on it now and then, and thrust it into places I wouldn't dare put my hands.  I've even gone so far as to tattoo my unholy symbol on it so undead would cower at the sight of it.  But I draw the line at tearing it off.  That and subincision.

The manyfang dagger is a weapon in Serpent Kingdoms that does 4x damage.  This is somewhat balanced by the fact that it's a dagger, so it's hard to get sizable mods that can be multiplied.  That said, if you change the base item somehow then the result is absurdly borked.

The MIC has rules for lifting enhancement abilities from other items. Things like the luckblade's wishes and rerolls. This applies to the manyfanged enhancement as well.

And yes, it's extremely powerful.

Of course, it's also powerful if you merely add other enhancements to the manyfanged dagger as well. Collision for +20 points of damage per hit, and so on. Things like the master thrower PrC (and bloodstorm blade) make this even better. Or worse, depending on your view.
