Just realized you can't do the tainted metamagic if you don't have a con score.  It looks like that's the only thing, but you might want to double check yourself.

That's why you take Tainted Sorcerer from the SRD ;)
well, Tainted Spellcasting (Su) looks nice, but tained metamagic still has the con score clause... is there something I'm missing?

also how would you go about getting around Blood Component as a lich/ghost etc...?

Regardless, there are plenty of ways to borrow a Con score...

PB the findish symbionts from FF (the soul tick empowers almost all your spells and the findish familiar will give u 2 more spells known). Kill them and make them skeletal creatures so u can always control them. also do that to a kokrachon (from BoVD). It uses Liquid pain at will

Yeah, you can always magic jar yourself into a form with a con score. Planar Binding yourself up a spiffy outsider body and stick it's soul in a box. If you die out of range of the body you will, as a dry lich, reform back at your canopic jars unharmed. I read that trick on these boards a while back.
