If you Maximized/Empower/Twinned a Poison Spell would it effect the poison part of the spell?

If so you could get a Black Lotus Extract dealing 27 Con damage twice in the first casting then if they are still alive 1 minute after.

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.
...thanks

(Dragon Magazine #320)
Take Thunderhead and cast it on your enemy. Perist it (here it's unclear with the "Close" range: is it fixed?). If you peristed it, just walk home. That enemy will die, pretty much regardless what it was. Does not work against SR. Don't know if Improved Evasion would help the enemy (round up or down?).

Always round down so 0 damage.

Bard can use summon instrument to summon a high-voltage musical Tesla Coil, which he then uses to deal lightning damage to whatever he's facing.

It would have to be a pipe organ you can hold in two hands though, so unless you're template stacking for +strength, I don't think that would work (and if you are, a boulder would do just as well).

The advantage lies more in how you can stretch the definition of a musical instrument to mean "anything that can produce music" which would probably also encompass certain contained chemical explosives, a string instrument in liquid helium to change how the strings vibrate, etc.

Chained Summon Instrument to pull in a bunch of Dragonfire Inspiration bards (using Perform: Oratory).

Create Water to drown a Mimic. Could that work?

I rolled randomly, got CR 7, rolled again, and ended up with a gargantuan animated object.

Well crap.... maybe repeated castings of Create Water to create mud against the wheeled variety?  Too much would depend on the type of object.  Let's try again.

This time I got a 12, which gives me..... Roper.  I must say, I'm at a loss as to how I'm going to handle a roper with cantrips.  It's vulnerable to fire.  How about Dancing Lights, Ghost Sound, and judicious use of the bluff skill to convince it that a torch-bearing mob is on its way?

You could use a "communication" cantrip to deliver a social skill check?
My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Tier 1: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything and the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
The Psi 3.0 cantrips got dumped into level 1 powers.

If you don't mind calling Psi level 1s that don't augment (a) ... "cantrips" ??

With all the various psi skill check improvers,
a sneaky build would have a chance up to say level 5.
Mostly keeping some skill checks in line with an =level Rogue.

The No Light cantrip completely blacks out any and all nonmagical light.

Combine this with darkvision of your own and a ring of the darkhidden (which makes you invisible to darkvision), and you can stab people to death.
